There’s a lot of people out there fussing about the sugar that’s been added to these, saying that it’s bad because of the amount of sugar. If you do your research you will find that our body relies on a balanced amount of sugar to help move the electrolytes and water through the walls of the intestines, so don’t let the sugar scare you away. I will say my first impression was that it does taste like flavored, sweetened, salt water, but this stuff works. That being said I like and even crave them when working outside all day. I do tree work for a living and would get cramps in my arms and legs frequently (almost daily) in the summer. After using this product I’ve not suffered from cramps and my headaches from working in the heat of the summer have minimized. This product works better than Gatorade, Powerade, Body Armor, and is the best “sports drink” I’ve used.

I love this product. When i drink water on its own I tend to drink less and feel bloated. this product takes care of all that. It also tastes great! Thank you!

For drinking and being hydrated

My daughter, who is a nurse practitioner, started drinking these to help with hydration when she was pregnant. I very active and participate and train for competitive sporting events, and these are a game changer. They help with digestion even!

This product has a really good flavor and you can feel a difference after drinking it.

Tried for the first time on NYE. They are a little salty so I feel like drinking a glass of plain water soon after. So I use them all the time now, whenever I feel behind on my hydration, they help with electrolytes and give you urge to drink a little more plain water. Usually I split the packet in half, too. Youll feel so much better the next day.

I absolutely love this stuff. My favorite flavor is the passion fruit. It’s GREAT for hangovers and I always drink it when I work out and it helps me stay hydrated. The packaging is not very environmentally friendly but I understand it’s meant to be revel friendly. I highly recommend this . I always buy another bag before I run out !

When added to water thus is very pleasant tasting. Came double packaged so you know it has not been tampered with. Feels good to know that you are getting the water and electrolytes and mineral you need for a good part of the day by drinking one packet in a glass or bottle of water. My husband usually drinks 2 a day. He has not developed a good habit of drinking water and this has been very helpful since he has been sick.
