Passion fruit is easy to to drink but the sugar content is so high. Not sure if comparable products do the same.

Dehydration is a serious problem in this heat, and also when I’ve had too many cold alcoholic beverages. This is a game changer and will knock out a hangover pretty quickly!

First sip seems salty but afterwards tastes good. Really hydrates. Amazing product. Strawberry is my favorite flavor so far.

Liquid IV is extremely helpful whenever I am feeling dehydrated. I really enjoy the taste too! One of these will keep me on the right track:)

I run Track and X Country and this stuff works, seriously. Try it.

This stuff is gold when you work in the heat and have problems with dehydration

I drink this during workouts and also at work ( Im a nurse and have long days on my feet) and these packets have made a difference in my energy level. I also dont have to pee as frequently when I drink these compared to just water.

Taste is not that great. I’d suggest drinking ice cold. As for if it actually works- ehhh I’m not quite sure. I bought it for myself and my son who plays football. He likes them.
