This is an excellent product for all hydration needs, from general sports and exercise to health related hydration challenges. Add it to purified water and youre good to go. No comparison.

Flavor is good. Great for traveling and for the extra boost. Lots of product for a great price.

I do recommend this product, i use it for all my physical activities to stay hydrated as much as possible, but keep in mind it does have lots of sugar, so you might want to monitor how much you use. other than that, it has been the best recovery product that keeps me hydrated.

This is an excellent product. Love the taste of the passion fruit. Better than “ sports drinks “. Just wish it was a little more reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this product for electrolyte replacement.
