I took this product with me on a 3 day Summer Trek in rural Wyoming. I was the head of the medical team for over 162 people. This product worked wonders preventing and improving dehydration and heat exhaustion. By far, our favorite flavor was Passion Fruit, then Açaí Berry, then Lemon Lime. I highly recommend this product for those participating in strenuous exercise in the heat.

This product has a really good flavor and you can feel a difference after drinking it.

Over the last year,I have now tested and experimented with about twenty different brands of electrolyte replacement supplements. Liquid IV is one of the two I now use daily to help manage my ONGOING MUSCLE CRAMPING issues. If you do a comparison of the ingredient / quantities, you see that it has more of what you probably need. It also has a little less sugar than many. (FYI I use Ultima at night because it does not use sugar). I also use a small amount of liquid concentrate to boost the overall concentration in my mix bottle ~ 32oz. (current liquid concentrate I also use based on quality-value, is called fly by). BTW if you have muscle cramps, try adding at least 5 tsb plain white vinegar per 32 oz.

Bought this because read an article how if you drink before you go to bed after a night of drinking you won’t get hangovers. It works! I tried it after some pretty good drinking nights and felt great in the morning. I drank 1/2 before I started and other half before bed. This flavor was good, the lemon not so much.

Due to a health condition, I tend to dehydrate easily. Liquid IV solved that. Life is good! Thanks.
