Ive been gaming since 2000 and been using this mouse exclusively since like 2005. Mainly FPS games like CSGO / Valorant / PUBG. By far the best mouse in my opinion. I havent had any of these MX518s break in the past or had any issues. Very reliable, glad Logitech brought it back.

I bought this specific mouse two years ago at Best Buy and have had its predecessor for probably a decade to be honest... They both have been so good that I just had to buy another one for my office at work. No mouse fits better in my hand and just works like how you would want a mouse to work. The simple adjustable DPI buttons save me so much time and just simply work. If you havent already tried this mouse, do it asap!

Bought this to replace a logitech g602 whose middle button stopped working. The scrolling works but click does not. Had that mouse for a few years so oh well, things cant last forever i guess. Decided to order this mouse and was a great replacement at first. I dont need anything fancy at the moment, just needed a mouse with decent dpi and buttons that work. However, a little over a month later, the right mouse button starts double-clicking when i single-click. It is super annoying.. And no, i dont abuse my equipment

thought id try this new G MX518 for my 2nd setup. the cheaper construction wouldnt be a problem but the left click is awful. My now 10+ year old original MX518 is still working perfectly fine. on depressing the left click, it kind of gets stuck halfway up and theres a plasticky noise like its scraping against something. makes it so when clicking a lot, there are some missed clicks due to some times when the left click didnt fully depress. this issue isnt present with the right click, nor with my original 10+ year old MX518. Save your money.

Generally good. But the scroll wheel is not very accurate.

Mouse button 1 & Mouse button 2 are very loose it sounds like a spring when you click them and i have missclicks in games all the time and the annoying prong sounds from the loose buttons the mouse feet are used you can see the marks on them very pathetic & poor seller that seems fine with taking used products and reselling it as new very unsatisfied with my purchase and i will put this seller Green St. Sales as under those that you shouldnt buy from probably a save the planet used products as new

Everything about this mouse is great except one thing: the mouse wheel makes a sort of high pitched grinding sound when you spin it. If you go slowly, you can feel it grinding against something when rolling it down. Its not a new problem or unique to the one I got. I was researching it and found a year-old video of someone demonstrating the exact same problem, plus others commenting about it. Its a shame, because otherwise this mouse is fantastic, but this mechanical flaw is a total dealbreaker.

Ive been re-buying this mouse for over 15 years. Ive tried my fair share of different and more complicated mice, always going back to this one.
