> 3 dayBought this to replace a logitech g602 whose middle button stopped working. The scrolling works but click does not. Had that mouse for a few years so oh well, things cant last forever i guess. Decided to order this mouse and was a great replacement at first. I dont need anything fancy at the moment, just needed a mouse with decent dpi and buttons that work. However, a little over a month later, the right mouse button starts double-clicking when i single-click. It is super annoying.. And no, i dont abuse my equipment

> 3 dayIve been using an MX518 gaming mouse for around 15 years and have loved it. I had to replace it once during that interval but was able to get the same exact model. I recently bought another one for a second computer thinking that it would be the same as the old model other than some minor cosmetic changes. As soon as I got the mouse I could tell that it was a cheap knockoff of the old model. The old model feels nice and solid in your hand, whereas the new one feels like plastic garbage. The new one also makes a slight rattling noise when you pick it up and place it down, whereas the old one did not. I dont necessarily have any complaints about the function or performance of the new model, but the feel is terrible by comparison.

> 3 dayI have 2 of these mice. One is two years old, one is one month old. My amazon one month old mouse died. I had suspicions of it being fake right out of the box since I have another identical non counterfeit mouse. My suspicsions were confirmed when it died within one month. It does not work like my other mouse either and actually hurt the purpose of being more accurate by using the same mouse at work/home. Amazon is the new Wish.

> 3 dayLogitech G MX518 >>> pro: fits hand comfortably - (right hand only); buttons easy to reach, dpi increase/decrease easy to use and reach; glides well. cons: the center roller is terrible! feels very cheap and clunky. if rotating upwards or downwards in constant movement, its usable. stop for a few seconds and the moment you start to rotate again it feels stuck then jumps forward. becomes very annoying after only a few tries. I bought this mouse back in april 2022 and left it in box on a shelf for future use. today was future use after corsair katar pro began to show left clicky issues but in all honesty, id prefer to continue to use the corsair until new replacement arrives instead of new Logitech G MX518.

Greater than one weeki bought it because the dog of my friend made a vase fall on my original MX 518 . i bought a G Pro but i liked my original MX 518 better ( better grip and overall use).So that is why i bought this remake. It is a very good mouse but i like the original MX518 more. This remake feels different( read for me less good). Nevertheless in my opinion one of the best mice you can buy nowadays

> 3 dayThere is no way to lock the wheel to spin freely; looks like one that does it with all the buttons by the wheel but it doesnt.

> 3 dayI think the seller send me a counterfeit product, since the serial number on the box mismatch with the label on the mouse. Ive included photos to verify the problem. The mouse itself feel very uncomfortable to move around because the sensor sometimes random slow down, make this mouse lack of precision when playing fps shooters or fast pace game. The left click seems very stiff and not like my old g400s which has a much better click response, the button feels smoother with crisp. Maybe Im just unlucky enough to received a defective mouse.
