I think the seller send me a counterfeit product, since the serial number on the box mismatch with the label on the mouse. Ive included photos to verify the problem. The mouse itself feel very uncomfortable to move around because the sensor sometimes random slow down, make this mouse lack of precision when playing fps shooters or fast pace game. The left click seems very stiff and not like my old g400s which has a much better click response, the button feels smoother with crisp. Maybe Im just unlucky enough to received a defective mouse.

If I jiggle the mouse cord while its plugged in to my primary Windows laptop, it stops being recognized by my laptop, and I have to unplug it and plug it back in. I dont have this issue with any other device I plug into my primary laptop. I didnt return it since it seems to work well with my Chromebook. I would pass on this mouse, however, in the future.

Glory days are gone pc players. The mouse is good, not sure about the negative reviews. Buy some weight tape and add on the bottom this will stabilize the mouse. Coming back to gaming after a decade hiatus, man razor still sucks. Deathadder right it really lived up to the hype added a lot of death on my part, they never closed the gap with Logitech over the last decade. Still the same old crap quality 10 years ago, I got fooled by internet reviews big time. Vice versa bad mx518 reviews kept me from buying. Glad I got it though. One down side with this is the gloss, Logitech should implement g500 body which are non slip. Anyways well job done, much better than the hero stuff it may have been more versatile but for all purpose it’s still mx518. I genuinely say thank you for bringing it back. But for perfection g500 non slip body, and heavier. And please don’t discontinue as long as we live.

First of all, the mouse was shipped to me in the US in all Spanish packaging (not a product of the US) with Spanish instructions, etc. The box has a different serial number on it than the one on the bottom of the mouse, and neither one of them are accepted by the Logitech website when trying to register the mouse for warranty. This is NOT a legitimate product.

Ive been re-buying this mouse for over 15 years. Ive tried my fair share of different and more complicated mice, always going back to this one.

As soon as I opened the box I saw the top mouse pad was missing. This type of QC issue doesnt occur on the $5.00 mouse you get at a big box store. I expected better from a mouse marketed as a gaming mouse.

I bought a few of these (two initially and one recent replacement). People have made videos online about how to repair the switches when they stop working. They arent hermetically sealed, and probably dont use corrosion-resistant conductors (such as gold). They are Chinese switches and they stop working right after about two years. Of the two I bought initially, one got very heavy use and the other was seldom used at all. Both failed at about the same time. If youre going to drop $100 on a gaming mouse, look for one that doesnt contain defective switches.

Feels like my old workhorse except the left and right click are louder and require a little more effort to depress. Maybe harder switches? Either way happy as an old mx518 replacement.

I lost one of these I had before during a move to another city. This is my absolute favorite mouse so far. Highly recommend it!
