MagLite - ST3D016 Maglite LED 3-Cell D Flashlight, Black

Ive absolutely loved this thing in the couple years Ive owned it. Its size and weight make it a great bedside flashlight as it can double as a weapon (in the event you wake up to an uninvited person in your home). Have only run the LED bulb in it so far but love it. Creates a very bright beam which reaches out to quite some distance. Taken it camping a few times and was glad to have it along. Overall an amazing investment. Odd to say that about a flashlight... but I truly do love this thing. It sits by me while I sleep, rides with me while Im traveling through the mountains at night, and has trekked countless miles in my hiking/camping pack. If youre after a large, 3-D cell flashlight then buy this.

Great product with LED bulbs

The brighteness and distance of the led light is very impressive compared to the old bulb Maglite. It has also increased the life of the batteries. My old Mag lite didnt do this well and used batteries much quicker.

This is my go to outside light. For the money, this is the best option. I have a few and will always keep a few. I have several surefires that have a specific purpose but for a stationary light in the house or for use in nocturnal chores, this is my best choice

Just like past experiences with Maglite, this is a great light. This light is to replace one that was damaged by leaking batteries. The upgrade to the LED module is AMAZING! It is extraordinarily bright. The quality of the aluminum housing is high as it has been for years. I am thinking about buying one of these for each car, one to keep in the shop, and one in the house

Ive owned a number of D cell MagLites over the years, with some over 20 years old and still going. The newer generation of LED lights are lots brighter, and have superb battery life. This is my fifth of the 3 D cell std0xx series and appears to be as high quality as the vintage Maglites. I keep one in all my vehicles and they are knocked around quite a bit. So far that hasnt affected the lamp.

Just got a new mag light and it had clearly been opened and there is a big scratch all the way down the side where they opened it, otherwise works just as I needed

So bright. I use it to check for skunks before letting out my dogs at night.

Tough and good quality.
