Overall great product and love the little extra pockets they added for minimal storage in the go. I use this at work because I do construction and pipe rehabilitation on bases and I don’t always have time to go grab a bottle or my drink so this definitely help. It’s a tad bit uncomfortable due to it always sliding and moving periodically but other than that, it doesn’t leak or drip and it actually stay fairly cool even without putting ice in the bag.

Ordered two of these. They look great and well made. Decided to give them a try this weekend during a short kayak trip down a nearby river. Cleaned everything up and filled up the water bag. Attached the tube to the bag and was not able to get any water to come out of the mouth piece. After some poking and prodding, found the valve on the bag is not allowing the water to enter the tube. I can manually push the valve open with the tube removed, but it appears that the fitting on the tube is no t long enough to push the valve open when inserted. Both bags have the same issue. Very disappointing. Guess Ill return these and try another brand.

Love this but after four uses, the mouthpiece broke off - is there a replacement for just the mouthpiece??

Best gift Ive ever bought. Got this for my son as he works in extreme heat. He loved it. Easy to use and clean. He had a 2nd bladder and put in pack. One with water and one with gatorade. Nice and compact and light. Hands are free and you can hydrate anytime. Great invention!

When I recieved this I was excited about the slim profile and but when it came time to drink water from it, it was awful. I had filled it up and after I came back 1 hour later it had a horrible chemical taste and I had to split the water out immediately. I tried washing it 3 times and one time with vinegar, rinsed it multiple times and again after leaving out for 30 minutes I tried to drink and again had to spit out the water immediately and I continued to have a plastic/rubber after taste a few hours after. I highly discousage this product because this is your health and you are just ingesting chemicals I had changed my review to 3 stars because their support hard reached out to me multiple times to try to remedy the situation but I had already purchased a camelbak

So I bought this as temperatures in my shop exceed 115° and up to 125° (yes it gets that hot) depending on the day and hydration is beyond important when working in there. I run a blacksmithing and bladesmithing shop and its not unusual for me to work for up to 10 hours a day (I only get my weekend to do this work). Not only does it last me nearly 6 of those hours but it keeps my body cool and I tend to fill it with ice water and drink slowly throughout the day. On average I have only needed to refill it a couple times during the last few weeks while Im working. I wear it every time Im in my shop now and I wish I made this purchase sooner.
