> 3 dayI bought this product as a gift for someone because their old backpack just needed a full upgrade. The bag was a lovely color, but on its second use, the bladder had a small leak. Why 5 stars? Because contacting the company for a free bladder replacement was easy and fast! Sometimes it happens where a product just doesnt work as should but the company remedied the problem ASAP. The backpack itself stores a lot and is very comfortable to wear. I will recommend this brand from now on.

> 3 dayI got this for riding my motorcycle and not having to deal with a bulky backpack. Quality is really nice and fits great. Definitely recommend for those looking for a slim backpack option.

> 3 dayUseful for hydration during runs, better than holding a bottle for sure. Has strap retention (hook & loop) closures for shoulder strap slack, and elastic loops for waist strap slack but 4 stars because no retention for the strap slack across upper chest or the buckle strap connecting the two compartments vertically on the back. I cut and burned the vertical one leaving couple inches length no prob. Chest perhaps will cut and burn a few inches off too. Elastic loops would be better for shoulder strap slack imho, the hook & loop leaves some hook exposed on each after folding in the slack.

> 3 dayI lost my Camel-Bak and bought this as a replacement. Honestly wish I would’ve bought this from the get-go. I hope this helps somebody who is going back-and-forth between budget and brand-name. Just buy this and you won’t be sorry.

> 3 dayHonestly blown away with the quality. Bladder works well and doesnt leak, although Im not a fan of the mouthpiece. The bag itself feels sturdy and has a ton of storage. I was able to load it up with snacks, phone, multi-tool, spare intertube, knife, flashlight, and first aid stuff, and STILL had room to spare. I used it for a 25K MTB race and basically forgot it was there. The back padding is super soft and breathable. Im honestly surprised at the quality for how cheap it is. Love it.
