> 3 dayMy husband has been getting a lot of kidney stones from staying dehydrated. We got him this, and it has been great so far! He is constantly moving around, and working with his hands at work, which is hard for him to carry around a cup. This has been great for him, because he now has his water with him at all times, and it doesn’t slow him down while working! Great product for many uses, and many different lifestyles.

Greater than one weekI’ve had this exact hydration backpack for over 3 years and used countless times hiking, camping, running. It’s a different brand but exact same one listed here. It’s held up surprisingly well for the price. I’ve had it leaked once and I think it was because the tube wasn’t inserted all the way into the bladder. I tend to fill it about 80% of the way so that the bladder isn’t pressured by the water weight. It’s about time I either clean up the bladder or replace for fear of mold but that’s just me not taking care of it. Also, the webbing and extra storage space has came in handy, holds just enough for my keys, wallet, first aid kit, and some snacks and bars while hiking.

> 3 dayIt looks good but it is defective. The bite valve is closed, cant suck water out and the gasket on the lid does not seem to be good. See pictures attached. I will return the item. UPDATED: they sent me a replacement with no charge. The new one works fine. Great customer service.

> 3 dayWell made - both the pack and the bladder. I cleaned out the bladder with soap and warm water and didn’t experience any significant “plastic” taste in the water. Overall it’s comparable to many much higher priced packs.

> 3 dayIm either hiking or mountain biking EVERY day and I use this pack exclusively. This pack is BY FAR the best Ive purchased. Its comfortable, lightweight, fits a full 3-liter bladder for hydration, has ample storage space, and comfortable shoulder straps. I did replace the bladder from day one with a 3-L Camelback bladder that Ive been using in another pack, so Ive not had a chance to actually use the one that came with this pack (so I cant confirm - or deny - the claims from other reviewers that the bladder that comes with this pack needs good washing before first use. But then again, why would you NOT do that with any other bladder? Ive used this pack EVERY DAY for the past TWO years and it is still going strong. Not one problem yet. I even attached a molle pouch two-way radio holder to this pack and it fits perfect on the back with the shoulder mic over the top with the speaker mic to my shoulder strap, right by my ear for easy audio on the two-way radio. Take it from me... from someone who has put this pack to the test. Its worth EVERY penny. I contemplated buying two, but why bother when the first one is still going strong!

> 3 dayThe bag itself is functional but the bladder is not. For whatever reason, the hose does not extend long enough to push the spring mechanism in the bladder that allows water to flow through the hose. I try sucking and pressing the quick release button, biting and sucking, and nothing works. I pushed the spring down manually and water came through but the hose itself isnt able to induce that so Im left with an unusable product unfortunately.

> 3 dayFirst, I want to talk about the good points of this bag. I took it on a two hour bike ride today. In addition to holding 3 liters of ice water, it also held my Taurus G3 pistol in the top compartment, and my Samsung S9+ (with case) and wallet in the bottom compartment. The water stayed ice-cold the entire ride, even though it is late July. Also, I was wearing a tank top, and no chafing occurred. Thats pretty good for a 2 hour bike ride. Now for the negatives. This is my first water delivery system I have ever purchased, but it simply doesnt deliver enough water quick enough to drink while riding. You have to bite on the soft plastic and suck at the same time for a few seconds to get water, and when you do, it is about half of what you might get out out of a water fountain. I found myself running out of breath pretty quick. But, looking at the physics of the system, Im literally having to suck water up from 36 below my mouth, so maybe thats the best I can hope for. For a pack carrying that much weight, it is super comfortable. It kept my water ice-cold and even had a clip to hold the water nozzle near my mouth. No chafing, holds my cellphone and pistol while I ride, and if I need to drink a lot, Ill just stop and take a break. Overall, I would recommend.

> 3 dayAwesome super useful. Use almost every day on my walk around the neighborhood and on trails with son and huskies.. Multi use. if you do not need the water bag remove it for some amazing storage. Zippers on the inside here’s to keep items such as keys nice and secure. And the straps are very strong as well. I take my huskies for frequent walks and they are quite the pullers. On average my bag and straps last about a year. Do not get the green one! My bag ripped in about a week especially with my dogs pulling. I’ve owned two of the tan bags and they seem to last much longer. Great buy if you want to free up a hand.
