Overview: Decent hydration pack for the cost, but definitely no Camelbak. Deceptive on how much water came be carried; its closer to 2 or 2.5 liters instead of 3 liters. Filling the bladder will eat up space in the pockets, especially the top pocket, by quite a bit. The Good: Overall, the construction seems just fine for the bladder and bag. Its well padded on the straps and the back of the bag have foam mesh that protrude to create airflow for your back, so it wont get a sweaty and transfer heat right into the bladder. The Bad: Its advertised as a 3 liter bladder, but good luck getting 3 liters in there. The compartment that holds the bladder is just too small for that to happen. Two and half liters is about the max and thats if you dont carry much in the zipper pocket. Bringing us to the zipper pockets. Space is greatly reduced when the bladder is filled, as stated before. Also, the zippers feel cheap and I would be surprised if they lasted a year, especially if youre trying to stuff as much as you can in there with the bladder filled.

I haven’t used my pack yet but the backpack is high quality, durable and padded for comfort. I cleaned the bladder and tube with denture tablets as they are a lot cheaper and cleans very well...a Military trick for those unaware! I bought this pack to use for hunting and walking through the woods. I have a stealth Camelback also but I wanted a larger pack with pockets and the bladder holds 3L of water. These are similar to Military grade packs and will last a long time with proper care.

Great pack. Just used it for multiple hikes over 5 days in Capitol Reef national park and it was perfect. Plenty of room to hold treats, sunscreen, bug spray, lip balm, and my wallet and keys. The Molle straps made it easy to clip other people’s gear to using carabiners (carries regular water bottles for some people). The straps were comfortable and the back padding is nice. The back stays close tot the body and doesn’t swing around or slosh. The on/off valve on the hose is a nice feature. Someone complained about a chemical taste, but I didn’t have this. The instructions said to fill and run water through it 3x before using, so maybe that was it. The only cons I can think of is wish the buckles and clips were metal instead of plastic. Also would have been nice if there was a hose clamp on the right strap as well as the left to give you the option to put the hose on either side. Both of these are pretty minor complaints.

This bag is amazing! I ordered it because I went on my first hike this past Sunday. I ordered it Friday and it came Saturday morning. Im more on the heavier side at the moment (2X) so when I put this bag on it felt good and light, it didnt even feel like I was wearing a backpack which was great. The water packet has a handle that hangs over the insert of the bag which was great because it was so easy filling the water while the water bag was inside the backpack and it didnt slip or sink to the bottom, this was well put together. The hose is covered/protected with a nylon material which is awesome as well, and the mouth piece has a cover and a switch for off/on. The mouthpiece also has a rubber piece that feels like a nipple from a baby bottle with a slit, I pressed my teeth down for some pressure and the water flowed wonderfully. It was overbearing, you actually can control the amount of water that comes out the hose with your mouth. It also has several compartments so I was able to slide two regular bags of beef jerkeys right behind the water bag, a bag of nuts on the outer flap of the bag and I placed some toilette wipes and hand bacterial in the pocket of the bag on the bottom. This bag is beyond amazing, Im so pleased I picked a great hydration pack as my first purchase and told all of my friends about this little savior. My first hike was 4.4 miles and I still had enough water left after......BUY, BUY, BUY you will NOT be disappointed!
