> 3 day:: UPDATE :: The seller reached out to me and provided me with a replacement bladder that has resolved the issue with the poor taste. I believe this was handled correctly and Im thankful that I can now enjoy my backpack without the taste of a pool noodle!! ----If it wasnt for the issue of the plastic leeching into the water this would be a great backpack. However I doubt this product is BPA free as every single drop of water tastes like plastic. Its really gross and i wish the plastic bits were improved as the backpack and system is pretty nice.

> 3 dayNeeded a way to carry arrows for TAC since upgraded rig to a hydration pack this year. After some thought, this was just the ticket with the molle system i was able to rig up for carrying arrows on it as well. And i can still access the hydration bladder to refill when needed. Perfect rig and great pack.

Greater than one weekI have owned this hydration pack for 2 years now and I have not run into any issues. My recent girlfriend liked it so much she asked me to buy her one. I mainly use the pack for mountain biking and it holds everything I need. Being that I am prior service the tactical look is pretty gnarly. Highly recommend!

> 3 dayIve had numerous hydration bladders and carriers for over a decade. Some have been cheap unused military surplus, some have been civilian knock-offs, some have even been labeled as a 3 Liter and arrived as a 1.5 Liter. Ive never purchased or used a CamelBak brand, and with this on the market, I probably never will. I use my hydration carrier/bladder DAILY. It goes everywhere with me; my job; on the road; outdoors; etc. I really like this one because it is well insulated without unnecessary bulk. Plenty of room to dump in 2 ice cube trays, and water. The bladder is extremely durable, even with potential sharp ice edges put into it daily. The external pockets are great, and well compartmentalized. The lower pocket is great for storing small tools and mid-sized pump water purifiers. The flap pouch can conceal a full size pistol and several magazines. MOLLE webbing is very secure, and has no fraying in stitching. I keep several very heavy first aid kits on them. This has, however, undone the stitching on the carry handle (as I used to hang it from that), but to be honest, I wouldnt expect better with as much weight I add to it. Also, after 4 years of EDC, the plastic hose retention clip just broke, and the padding on the shoulder straps have compressed to the point the straps bundle up. Day I bought this, Id give it a solid 10 stars. 4 years later (once again, everyday carry), it still rates a 8.5 in its current condition. Ill probably replace it in a few months with the exact model, but my current will become a reliable back-up. I dont remember this coming with a ball-valve mouthpiece. If you purchase it and it comes with a pull-out valve, spend another 12 dollars and buy a CamelBak name brand ball valve mouthpiece. Great, essential piece of gear. Well designed, durable, easy to expand upon. Great for camping, hiking, biking, running, or just going to your job with.

> 3 daymultiple people complained about funny taste ::: you get rid of that by filling and then draining it a few times then just allowing it to air dry BEFORE you use... i have no complaints with this pack

> 3 daySuch a great investment on this backpack! It’s durable and It holds 3 Ltrs of water, which is perfect for because I love long hikes. Best part, it has a release valve to get more water flowing when you take a sip.
