> 3 dayThe heating pad looks well made and the cord is heavy duty, however . . it gets too hot, at least for an indoor pet bed. I had it set up in the bed of my elderly dog (with a separate thermostat I bought) to turn on when the room is under 60 degrees, and it gets so hot I find her sleeping on the rug instead. So, its useless to me. Ill get an adjustable one next, instead. . . .

> 3 dayI had a stray cat that was so friendly I just hated to see him outside in the cold. I made him a bed with this heating pad and he immediately moved into it. I have since found him a nice warm home but this just may have been a life safer for a little while. It worked so well he spent much of his days and nights in there . Thank you

> 3 dayEver since we got the heating pad this has become our cats spot, its coordinate [0, 0, 0] in her universe. She sleeps there, she hangs out there, and upon occasion she gets up to go check on the rest of the world, always to return back to her spot. Shes kind enough to let us humans poke our toes under it from time to time too, very cozy! Update 1.5 years later: it looks like the heating pad is dying after a year and half of continuous use. I find it often cold. It will come back on sometimes but it seems like its not regulating temperature properly. Im buying this one again because it was so beloved, so well see how long a second one lasts. Update 1 year 1 month later: our second purchase of this heating pad is dying now after 1 year and 1 month. So two data points now suggest this has a lifespan of about a year. Were now buying our third, our cat demands us to do so. If this pad was a subscription product for $20 a year it would be worth it, so thats the way I view it now. Update a year or so later again: Im 5 stars on this all the way noew. Ive now purchased 5 of these heating pads over many years. Two failed, lifespan is typically 1-2 years it seems, but the current one is doing great at well over a year old. Since they only cost as much as a bag of good coffee I dont think lifespan is an issue. One went as a gift to a persistently cold doggie with short hair, and another the cat was forced to donate to a bird she injured whos in recovery and cant fly for a while.

Greater than one weekMy boy is obsessed with this. I plugged it in and it took about 6 attempts of sitting him on top and after an hour I looked over and he’s been on it all night. So worth the money and the cord is safe. It’s just perfect

> 3 dayOur twenty-two year old cat, Lily has claimed the center cushion of the couch as her own. I placed the wonderful pet warming pad on an added cushion, covered it with a folded towel and Lily immediately made it her home. As it keeps her just warm enough, it helps her creaky old bones to stay a little looser. Because of the perfect temperature for animals it can be plugged in and safely left around the clock. She is a very spoiled and contented cat.

Greater than one weekMy cats and I take turns stretching out on these heating pads. The temperature is constant and soooo soothing on achy arthritic joints!

> 3 dayWe have an ancient feline we rescued from the streets on the verge of death , shes dying of three different things because her people neglected her. We named her Beyonce cause shes a survivor and previous to this warming pad she would obsessively crawl on my chest or stomach to keep warm. As im now pregnant the extra pressure and old cat breath was starting to make this affection extremely difficult for me , but now that we have this at the foot of the bed she stretches out all on it and barely leaves it while before she curl into a ball. Really recomend this for senior felines because they live the warmth and I think it helps with their joint pain. Beyoncee eats wet food on fine china , drinks water out of a water fountain and sleeps all day on a heating pad now like the Diva she was always meant to be.

22-11-2024So, I bought this because my cat was snuggling up against the register throughout the cold winter months and at times she was a little too toasty. I didnt want her to get too burned. And I had already made a makeshift cat bed out of a cardboard lid, some felt my mom gave me and a blanket. So, I just sandwiched this between the felt and the blanket to add a little bit of warmth to her bed and...she loves it. Sleeps in there all the time now. And it doesnt get hot enough to burn her, so, its all good. Shes a happy cat.

> 3 dayI have an older ragdoll cat who craves heat. Especially in the winter months. Bought this to replace a heating pad. This is safer. I place in her bed and cover with a towel to keep it clean.
