> 24 hourI was excited to get this item on sale, but it showed up completely defective and ripped up. No idea what happened as it was fully packaged and the packaging didnt seem broken. Very frustrating as I needed this for an upcoming trip!

> 24 hourReminds me of that commercial when the gorilla throws the luggage around? This would not affect this luggage. Sturdy and functional.

> 24 hourI used the 28” bag recently on a round trip and it held up well. Quality is ok and everything is functional. All wheels on all bags roll well and is easy to maneuver during transport. For a three bag set at $130, this is hard to beat.

> 24 hourGot the set for our daughters college graduation. Gave her the midsize luggage for Christmas and surprised her with the other 2 pieces later. So far, so good and she loves the color purple!!

> 24 hourI just bought the set, my first time using it, and I used the medium 24 size case to travel abroad for a 12-day trip. However, three days into the trip, I noticed that one of the back wheels had a crack near it and was quickly getting larger. By day 5, the wheel was hanging on by threads, literally, and the second back wheel was beginning to do the same. I ended up having to tape up the two wheels twice just to get it through the remainder of the trip. Note, that the bag wasnt even packed to its full capacity, and barely weighed half of the max airline amount.
