Melbourne Hardside Expandable Spinner Wheel Luggage, Charcoal, Checked-Large 28-Inch

I travel for work and these suitcases have been all over the world multiple times and Ive had no complaints. Im not especially strong and these have rolled easy for me and made travelling easier. I like that they expand. I frequently stack them inside of each other when I travel and that has worked well. A year later and I just bought a second set (different color) for my daughter. I decided they deserved a review if I liked them enough to buy them twice.

2 out of 3 suitcases have broke in less than 6 months. The zipper busted on the middle suitcase and the corner broke on the case of the large suitcase. I wrote Rockland after completing all the paperwork and sent in pictures but not response. My daughter didn’t keep the small tags so they likely won’t honor their 5 year warranty. I’ve been waiting a week for a response to my email. Don’t waste your money.

Bought this set for a trip. These are exactly what we needed. The price is unbeatable. The quality is great. Would and have recommended to family and friends. Money well spent.

The carry-on luggage broke the first time it was used. It broke at the wheel and now it wont spin. Since we bought it in advance for our trip the due date for returns/ exchanges passed. Ridiculous.

I recieved my product on 5/20/2018. My first impression was Wow! Beautiful Color just like the description on Amazon. The luggage is light weight and each one comes with a its separate lock. The wheels roll smoothly with arms without clothes in it. My main reason for giving this product a 4 is because my big suitcase was cracked with a hole in it right out the box. I have not actually used the luggage yet. Im leaving Wenesday for an international trip. So because of the damage Im very aprehensive and scared that my luggage will be destroyed by the bag handlers at the airport.

This luggage is a lot bigger than I thought. Very roomy. The color looks darker than the picture but I’m still satisfied.

Traveling

Scratches easy and the zippers get caught which may end up breaking soon. The lock pad didnt work good we had to break it off. Other than that it was great for the price and we can still use them for a few more trips.

i expected based on description for it to be 60 inches (h +w + d, with description of wheels = 2.5 inches on bag that reported measure was 57. it measured 62.5 because theres a little bumpout that increases the width, and wheels plus handle, etc. this makes it just over airline limit of 62 - from what i can tell. (its close - hard to measure, with bump out in the middle - dont want to risk 200 bag fee for half inch.) i was planning on packing tonight for long trip... now im stuck. no bag. very frustrated.
