We purchased this set on sale and it was a great value to replace our old beat up luggage set. The only reason why ai did not give them 5 stars…the smell is horrible!!! We even left them in the garage opened for a month and they still have a strong chemical smell.

Placed order with delivery date within 1 week, ended up taking 2+ weeks. Seam where zipper is on the middle size suitcase separated and cant be fixed. I missed the window to file a return by 4 days, so now Im stuck...

I traveled with two of these luggages and had no issues! Recommend

I recieved my product on 5/20/2018. My first impression was Wow! Beautiful Color just like the description on Amazon. The luggage is light weight and each one comes with a its separate lock. The wheels roll smoothly with arms without clothes in it. My main reason for giving this product a 4 is because my big suitcase was cracked with a hole in it right out the box. I have not actually used the luggage yet. Im leaving Wenesday for an international trip. So because of the damage Im very aprehensive and scared that my luggage will be destroyed by the bag handlers at the airport.

We bought these for a trip to Ireland. When we landed in Ireland and the bags came down the luggage turntable, the largest of the suitcases was missing 2 wheels. It did stay together and was able to to rolled on its side for the trip. The wheels seem to be the only part that is flimsy and easy to break off.

I recently purchased this item for a family vacation. Admittedly, I waited until the last moment to order this one after looking at options for a couple of weeks. It arrived the night before our 8a flight. When we finally were packed and ready to zip it up the morning of, the zipper broke at the seam. Imagine the panic and frustration. We tried to see if we could fix it but the seam kept splitting apart. While the suitcase was full, it certainly wasn’t overflowing. Packing for 2 adults, and a 5 year old - it definitely wasn’t stuffed. So essentially if I am unable to get a refund (we literally just returned home about an hour ago so haven’t put in the request), I just threw my money in a black hole. I chose this suitcase for the appearance, but I was most attracted to the price. Lesson learned.

I ordered the champagne color and received the deep purple color. I wasn’t sure about returning such a large item and frankly don’t have time to mess with it. Other than the wrong color they seem durable and light weight.
