> 3 dayI did air out the luggage for a few weeks after ordering and quickly receiving it. I waited 6 months to review as I wanted to wait until I was home from a major trip to review. It held up well through several flights. It was a dream to steer and glide through the airports, my first experience with 360 wheels. I miss having outer pockets to stuff a magazine, sweater or snack in, but I just have to get over that as those dont come with the territory on a hardside set. I love the set, the purple color I chose and am very glad I bought it.

Greater than one weekThe only think they need is a cover so they won’t get dirty of using it so many times.

> 3 dayHavent used these at the airport yet but they are very thin and just barely pretty on the outer shell makes it buckle in. Ill see how they actually hold up when going through the airport baggage handling.

> 3 dayWent on a 2-week international trip and needed big luggage. Purchased the Rockland Melbourne Hardside Expandable Spinner Wheel Luggage, Charcoal, 3-Piece Set (20/24/28) as well as the Asurion luggage protection plan. We land in Rome and go to baggage claim to find that the largest of the suitcases is missing a wheel--so we have to spend our days traveling fighting with the heaviest suitcase because it now only has 3 wheels. We get back home and I put in a claim on 11/13--by 11/15, I had given them all the required documentation for my claim. Today is 4/17 (over 5 months later) and they had not responded to my claim at all. I log in to check the status and there isnt one. So I have to chat with someone to get some info. They tell me that my claim was denied because the protection plan covers accidental damage, but not missing parts. So if you have accidental damage that results in a missing part, you have no recourse. And you bought a stupid plan for no reason. And if you make a claim and it gets denied, you will spend months wondering what happened, because they dont notify you. If youre going to deny the claim, at least be professional enough to tell me in a timely fashion. Will never purchase again--Id rather spend the money to replace it than to get fake protection. Dont bother buying this or the useless protection plan. Gave it 2 stars because the jury is still out on the other 2, smaller suitcases.

> 3 dayOverall, its a fine set of luggage. I recently needed new luggage last minute for an international trip. The price for this set was great and I love the color (super easy to spot my luggage at baggage claim!). The wheels made getting around the airport super easy. The hard case wasnt heavy and kept my items well protected (nothing broke!) My only issue was that after one trip, the handle on the large luggage broke and another piece on it broke off. So maybe a good set of luggage for once or twice (which seems pretty wasteful). However, if you need something affordable for a long trip, this did the trick.

> 3 dayIve never purchased a luggage set sight-unseen, and this set did not disappoint!! I purchased the 3-piece set in Aqua. Super easy to see in the baggage claim area, sturdy when rolling, holds a TON, and would highly recommend.

> 3 dayCan’t find customer service access to discuss the matter. First time used and a wheel fell off during our flight. Not right and should be replaced by manufacturer.
