> 24 hourThe PC itself is great. Using mine with pfsense. I did have a ram stick die shortly after getting things running, but the seller actually responded pretty quick and resolved the issue.

> 24 hourPopped 2 sticks of RAM for a total of 32GB into the barebone version (Corsair Vengeance Performance... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08GSS6FLK?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) and it booted right up from a usb stick with opnsense. I installed on an old intel 180GB ssd drive I had already. SSD mounts nicely inside and cable was provided which is great. Stays warm at about 58C but this seems expected. This thing is a beast so far. Using it with Orbi RBR50 mesh network in AP mode. Works great. Also have a DMZ raspberry pi webserver isolated. Working on getting 1Gbps Wireguard VPN working.

> 24 hourOriginal review - Would not boot as far as I could tell. No video out on VGA or HDMI. No splash screen, no POST message, no BIOS setup, nothing. It beeps if you try to start it with no RAM, but thats it. The power button also appears to do nothing. Short press, long press, double press, no effect. Its just always lit whenever the unit has power.

> 24 hourI purchased the barebone unit because I wanted to choose the brand of RAM and mSATA drive. I ended up purchasing 2x Micron Crucial 8 GB and an INDMEM 256 GB SSD. Like others have reported, after setup the unit that arrived would not POST or boot with both SODIMM slots populated. A quick swap test revealed that slot0 would recognize the RAM but slot1 would not. HUNSN was quick to respond to my messages and with the details I provided they had a replacement unit on its way the next day.

> 24 hourApparently there are two models of this same device one with a dingle DIMM slot and a newer one with a dual DIMM slot. I received the 2 slot unit. The RAM specs dont say that we need 1GB packages on the module, but the seller warned me of this as I bought a barebones unit and they reached out to me before it shipped. Apparently it wont post with some 512MB package DIMMS. However, I ordered A-Tech 16G (2x8GB kit) which advertises it ships with 1Rx8 and 2Rx8, so I took the gamble as I couldnt find anything else that ships quick and was cheap without looking too shady. Well, it posted fine and pfSense recognized the 16GB of RAM and the i225V NICs without any drama.

> 24 hourNo issues. Item arrived much quicker than I expected. I got the bare bones version as others complained about getting misconfigured systems. This also allowed me to get specific RAM and HD and was less than the pre configured one.

> 24 hourSo far everything is working great with this unit. I have it setup with pfsense, adblocker, and intrusion detection, and its been stable and fast. I pay for 200/10 Mbps internet and on my old router it would boost up to around 250-260 Mbps, now it boosts past 600 Mbps during speed tests. This could definitely handle a 1 gigabit connection with ease whereas most off the shelf routers probably cant. I like that its also future proof with the 2.5gbe ports, now I just need to find an affordable 2.5g switch to pair this with.
