> 3 daySo far everything is working great with this unit. I have it setup with pfsense, adblocker, and intrusion detection, and its been stable and fast. I pay for 200/10 Mbps internet and on my old router it would boost up to around 250-260 Mbps, now it boosts past 600 Mbps during speed tests. This could definitely handle a 1 gigabit connection with ease whereas most off the shelf routers probably cant. I like that its also future proof with the 2.5gbe ports, now I just need to find an affordable 2.5g switch to pair this with.

> 3 dayNo issues. Item arrived much quicker than I expected. I got the bare bones version as others complained about getting misconfigured systems. This also allowed me to get specific RAM and HD and was less than the pre configured one.

Greater than one weekGot >1gbps internet service but didnt want to use the xfinitys router. Was skeptical of this thing, but it worked great. Installed opnsense and everything pretty much just worked.

> 3 dayI am currently using this to serve up my homes internet using PFSense. It easily handles my homes 1GBps internet service. The latest speediest.net I ran got me 970Mbps Down. It also has been completely stable; uptime is around 90 days right now. It also sips power; I had an hourlong power outage the other day and it was efficient enough to keep running on its UPS until the service was restored.

> 3 dayHad this box running during setup for about a week or two, and today once Ive finished configuration, it just went off and never came back to life no matter what Id do - reset, power on/off, plug out/in... less than 24 hours of actual work, and I was only using two out of four ports at the moment... Not sure what may have caused this, there was no power outage, no overload, no overheating. It just crapped out. Not interested in replacement, so this goes directly to trash and one star in a review.

> 3 dayOriginal review - Would not boot as far as I could tell. No video out on VGA or HDMI. No splash screen, no POST message, no BIOS setup, nothing. It beeps if you try to start it with no RAM, but thats it. The power button also appears to do nothing. Short press, long press, double press, no effect. Its just always lit whenever the unit has power.

> 3 dayRuns pfsense w/o a hiccup. If I could wish for improvements itd be a more recent / powerful cpu and wi-fi. As is, it has no problem pushing 1.2gb on my 1gb internet.

Greater than one weekTo cut to the chase, this is now residing in my On-Q box, serving as my router / firewall and working great.

> 3 dayI recently discovered that my ISP allows me to upgrade my service to 2Gbps, and 5Gbps. I have a pfSense firewall I built about 10 years ago but it has been perfectly capable of handling 1Gbps with IPS/IDS, VPN, Web Proxy with SSL dycyption, and any other package I wanted. Howevery, it couldnt do 2Gbps. I upgraded the NIC and I just started having all kinds of intermitted issues. I orginally didnt want to use the mini pc solution because I was concerned with the overheating and how it performs when you start loading packages in. Well, have no fear this beast punches way above its weight class.
