23-11-2024Great product and value for money. Having a product made from chip to hardware with MS is much better then buying a third-party option like HP or Dell. Direct support from MS, integrated design, and no third-party bios or SW to screw up your boot or OS.

> 3 dayThis has been a great laptop to use for my business. It is very lightweight and easy to walk around with. The screen has great clarity and the graphics are very sharp with the AMD Ryzen 5 processor. It performs very well with all the task I have to run, and never seems to slow down. I do like the touch screen option when needed. I am very happy with my purchase, and Microsoft has put together a solid line with its Surface series.

Greater than one weekIf you are trying to make the difficult decision between the new Microsoft Surface 3 or the Macbook Pro, you have come to the right place. As a college student who plans on going into finance, I recently had to make the same decision for freshman year, I purchased the Microsoft Surface three. Now, let it be known that I have had an Apple MacBook Pro for the past three years. I love my mac, and always will. It is aesthetically pleasing, simple, uncluttered, has a fingerprint reader, the new touch bar, and seamlessly integrates with my other Apple products (iPhone, AirPods, apple watch, etc.). However, for college students, I have found that the pros of the Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 outweigh those of the Apple Macbook Pro. Both laptops are very portable; however, the Surface is a tad more, weighing in at 2.83 pounds and dimensions of 0.7 by 11.9 by 7.5 inches, compared to the Macbook Pros 3.1 pounds and dimensions of 0.61 by 12 by 8.4 inches. The Macbooks retina display beat out that of the Surface, coming in at 2,560 by 1,600 pixels vs. the 2,256 by 1,504 pixels that the Surface offers.

Greater than one weekThis company did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. What more can you ask from a company. 5 Stars.

> 3 dayTo what extent is a company obligated to provide high quality products, even those not explicitly under warranty? After 6 months of general use (taking it in and out of my backpack, placing it on the coffee table, typing, etc.) the screen cracked. The location of the crack and lack of physical damage elsewhere on the computer (the frame isnt bent or scratch) prove the computer was not dropped or mishandled in any way. The screen was made of glass incapable of withstanding general use, and Microsoft is unwilling to replace a defective product because of the type of malfunction it had. A screen crack, regardless of how it occurred, is not a type of breakage their warranty covers, yet they made a screen of a material so fragile it can crack under the lightest of strain.

> 3 dayOnly had the product for 4 months and it already is faulty and has constant issues, don’t recommend spending your money on.

> 3 dayWhen the Microsoft Surface Laptop works, it’s a great device. However, I have had hardware issues since I first bought the computer over a year ago. The laptop will regularly fail to recognize any available internet connections, and I have to keep restarting it over and over until it does so. Sometimes I have to restart it upwards of 7 times in a row just to get onto the internet. It’s incredibly frustrating, and I wish I had bought the warranty because of it. I foolishly trusted Microsoft and figured I wouldn’t need the warranty on the Surface.
