Best laptop for school. I had the Mac before but it could not beat this laptop!

Not too thrilled about the cloth surface around the keyboard. Not sure what they were thinking there - germ trap. I would have selected something different had I realized that it was cloth versus a hard cleanable surface.

I purchased the Microsoft Laptop 3 for work and in only a year I experienced hardware issues. I sent it to Microsoft and they were unable to repair my original laptop and sent me a refurbished one as a replacement. After only a year of using the refurbished laptop, I went to turn it on one day and the screen was completely black. It wouldnt turn on and after some time consulting the tech team at Microsoft it was again a hardware issue. This time though due to my laptop being outside of the warranty they wanted me to pay to fix it. I explained my case and submitted a request for a new laptop and I was still denied. When I received my refurbished laptop replacement I wasnt even offered a warranty. So now Im left with the most expensive paperweight Ive ever purchased and lost several files I hadnt backed up yet since I wasnt expecting a laptop that was only a year old to crash. Needless to say, I will not be paying Microsoft more money to fix a laptop with hardware issues that they refuse to replace. This will now be my third laptop in 2 years. Incredibly disappointed with not only the quality of the device but the quality of service I received. If I could give this review a zero I would.

I bought the Surface Laptop 3 for work as a software engineer and its perfect. It the right size and with the dock (bought separately) I can easily go from a desktop experience to being on the go in just a couple of seconds. My only complaint is that 250gb just isnt enough storage space and other than an external ssd there really is no expansion capability. Hopefully Microsoft will fix that shortcoming in the future.

I needed a laptop asap for school didnt know I was buying a macbook. Specs are really advanced paired with my phone and was able to set up easily. Android users this is the laptop

Very happy with my Surface Laptop 3. Great screen, great battery. Wish it had a little more storage, but not the end of the world. Happy with my purchase!

I upgraded from the surface pro 3 to surface laptop 3 and Im in dreamland having used this laptop for a week now. It came a day before the delivery date, in the original box, and the performance and overall build quality are excellent. I was indecisive about whether to buy the surface laptop 3 or the M1 MacBook Air. But holding this laptop in my hand, I made the right decision. Excellent product!!

The wifi keeps disconnecting. Support cant help. They just update and reinstall drivers and update windows and do some stupid diagnostic test which tests everything but the wifi. But the wifi keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. Its so annoying. Too bad Im passed the 30 day, now i cant return it. Gonna have to sell it on ebay and take a big loss.

Everything about it is wonderful, easy set up, easy to use.
