Corrupted files caused the computer to not wake from sleep, if the computer was put to sleep while charging. Had to hard restart several times (everyday) until the 5th day when it was completely dead.

I use the laptop for work and it never fails. Best windows laptop I’ve owned

i really, REALLY wanted to like this laptop, but it has been a disappointment in pretty much every aspect. it crashes multiple times a day, even when Im just watching netflix. i have run into issues with the keyboard typing extra letters, the touch screen not responding, and frequent screen freezing. there also is no graphics card and no ability to use and external gpu. forget any rendering capabilities - this thing cant even handle the sims graphics without lagging. coupled with microsofts absolutely awful customer service, I wouldnt waste your time.

This company did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. What more can you ask from a company. 5 Stars.

It came with a brown box not original box and didn’t work.. I took me 14 days to get my money back. DO NOT BUT it’s not original

I got the base model of the laptop and I am blown away by it. Excellent quality and very fast. It even has an easily replaceable ssd if you want more storage!

the alcantara keyboard surface is garbage

Not a surface 3. They sent the original 2017 model.

This laptop is all you can ask for definitely would recommend it to anyone!!
