This is my third Surface computer. Im convinced that they are the best. I love the size and sleekness of the unit, but mostly love the ease of use and especially the touchscreen. Ive become so used to it that I find myself reaching for the screen of my husbands desktop to scroll! The only reason I ordered a new one is that Microsoft will no longer support Windows 8 after January 2023 (tells you how long I had the previous version!).

Works good no problems. Matte black will show fingerprints easily but I dont care if you do get a different color. People complaining about the laptop being laggy need to change the power saver mode to performance the laptop auto sets it to save battery life which will make the computer slower. (This is on all Microsoft laptops now and has been for awhile) I would not recommend this for gaming thats not what its intended for its a work laptop. If you want to play games get a desktop.

I love the large track pad and the easy use of the keyboard. The screen quality is outstanding. The stereo speakers have an excellent sound (in my opinion much better than my MacBook). The i7 Processor allows for quick response time.

The Surface Laptop packs a lot of power into a small package. Its light and easy to carry around or slip into a backpack or briefcase. Battery life is decent. Its run everything Ive thrown at it so far without breaathing hard. It isnt quite up to major games that need a lot of graphics power, but its fine for casual games.

This was a gift for my wife who adores it.

Laptop returned, it did not work properly. It kept turning on and off. I reordered another one.

Had mine for a couple months now, its absolutely amazing. No criticisms at all. Beautiful, light-weight, fast, runs cool, very powerful.

I liked my Surface -- it was lite, compact, and had a great screen. I was an Apple user, but the financial software I use is better in Windows.

I probably would not buy this again, for a few different reasons.
