Beware of the Magnetic connection power cord connection. It failed within a couple of months. Customer service was very slow to resolve my problem, I had to purchase a cord to use for the 3 months of waiting for their replacement. Incidentally the purchased power cord magnetic connections also failed. Now, several months later, my computer just went out of the one year warranty by 11days and it is on the way to my company IT people because it appears the touchscreen has failed. My first and last Microsoft laptop purchase.

Be aware that the battery needs to be worked in, it may take up to 2-3 weeks for the battery to reach peak performance and usage ability! I recommend Pure Battery on the Microsoft store to monitor this! The only reason i bring this up is I have seen other buyers post that they have returned the product after a short time of having less than optimal battery performance. This products battery must be worked in. Otherwise, this product is absolutely amazing and amazes me every time I pick it up!

This is my third Surface computer. Im convinced that they are the best. I love the size and sleekness of the unit, but mostly love the ease of use and especially the touchscreen. Ive become so used to it that I find myself reaching for the screen of my husbands desktop to scroll! The only reason I ordered a new one is that Microsoft will no longer support Windows 8 after January 2023 (tells you how long I had the previous version!).

Battery life and screen quality both terrific.

Im a total gadget nut and have a collection of laptops going back several years. This is by far the most compact and portable Ive ever had. Its also the smallest in terms of screen real-estate and the shrunken keyboard takes some getting used to. But overall Ive had a great experience with it so far.

I have not fully figured out how to use it yet. Being somewhat computer challenged, I think i need a highschool person to help me use all the possible features of this computer. It sure is fast.

So far this Microsoft Surface laptop 3 has been a workhorse of a machine. The build quality is nice and it is a minimalist, yet elegant design. Battery life has been pretty good but I’m not quite sure I’m getting the 11.5 hrs or so. It might be closer to 6-7 with light productivity use for school/work. Overall, I’m satisfied and the seller appears very reputable by selling actual new products (emonkey).

I am not a big fan of using a laptop because it just doesnt do all the things I want a computer to do for me. I will say that I have always been envious of people with their Macbooks and how light and and functional they were. I decided to give the Microsoft Surface a shot because I have started traveling for work more often and I needed to get over my laptop issues because I cant rely on a tablet. I didnt need something super fast with a lot of storage or anything, just something to quickly type out reports, surf the web and file paperwork with.

I liked my Surface -- it was lite, compact, and had a great screen. I was an Apple user, but the financial software I use is better in Windows.
