The day after I could return it, the internet suddenly became undetectable. After getting no help from amazon, I called a geek squad and paid them 100 bucks to unistall a defective driver and reinstall it. It worked four hours and went bad again. Dont waste your money on this worthless piece of crap!

No backlight? What a con job.

The battery percentage just seems to indicate random numbers sometimes, goes up and down. One minute, it is fully charged, the next minute I need to plug it asap or it turns off.

Light, sleek, and feels like Brand new (meaning a modern version) for this HP.

Do not purchase from the Microsoft Surface line unless you want to have to replace your laptop annually. Twice (literally within weeks of the expiration of my warranty) my Microsoft Surface entered a boot loop. Microsoft initiates an update, which sends the Surface into a loop upon startup. The logo flashes several times, but the device never turns back on. To remedy this, you have to purchase another device. This has happened to me twice, and I refuse to purchase another Microsoft laptop. Search YouTube for “Microsoft Surface Boot Loop” to see all the videos of people stuck in this same situation.

Value for money

I thought it came with MSOffice....that was a disappointment,
