This is the perfect multimedia laptop for you, your kids, as well as school and office work. My configuration had an i5 with 8gb of ram and a 256gb ssd. The laptop is nice and portable with a 12 1/2 inch screen that only weighs 2 1/2 pounds and also includes a fingerprint sensor that’s nice and secure so you never have to worry about others getting into your laptop. The construction quality is top notch as you would expect from a Microsoft device and you’ll have no issues running multiple tabs or completing work, watching shows, playing basic games, or streaming music on this device! The camera is nice and clear for video calls and conferences and the 10th gen Intel i5 will keep up with just about anything you throw at it without any hiccups! I can highly recommend this laptop for anyone that needs a portable and sleek laptop that will keep up with your day to day life!

I purchased this laptop recently from Best Buy. I got lots of headaches initially but figured out how to make this laptop much more usable. Im liking it more and more despite its drawbacks but its really up to you to figure out if this laptop suits you since the Laptop 3s are getting cheaper.

The laptop was a total disappointment, it had a fault straight from out of the box. The screen was closing down.

The PC looks great, works well but the amazing thing in this fractured supply chain situation that we are living in is, IT ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY!!!!!

This laptop was purchased right before Christmas & less than 2 weeks with it it is already having software issues. Please do not waste your time with this laptop, or any Microsoft products that is using Windows 10

not enough usb plugs works well but made a bad decision

I purchased a Microsoft Surface Go one year ago from a Best Buy in my area. I selected it primarily because the sales associate told me that it would work well for school and gaming. They claimed the laptop could handle games like the Sims 4, would run Microsoft Office beautifully, and make internet browsing a breeze. I paid $750 for this laptop under the assumption that it was capable of these things.
