Didn’t find any accessible information on the free windows 11. There was “NO” mention that you had to buy the software and that it wasn’t included already downloaded. I think people should be aware of that. It was very upsetting because I now have to pay for the software every year!!!

First off, realize that this is a premium device, even if its aims are to be the lower end of the line of Surfaces. Its maybe not as nice as the cheapest Macbook but its also cheaper than that, and its more useful than the tiny Surface Go. For most people, this is a good middle-of-the-road computer that still feels like a nice device and not at all cheap. Just keep in mind that this is a light-duty computer only - use it for email, writing papers, etc. Not coding, Photoshop, etc.

Hi. I just turn on the computer and everythibg is fine but in the moment that i want to charge it it doesn t do it. The charger if this computer is not working. I realize because my friend had similar computur with the same charger and it works. So this charger doesn t work. I need a new one please i can t use ny computer without that

Once you take it off Windows 10 S, your left with Windows 10, which turns out to be a version of Windows 10 Home. Theres NO going back to Windows 10 S. Our only option was to purchase Win 10 Pro from the Microsoft Store at $99. Upgrading to Win 10 Pro made the machine useable.

I love this laptop, i’m a college student and my dell laptop stopped working probably for over working it. But, this laptop is sooo amazing!!! It gets the job done as I use it for school I have zero troubles with it. the only downside is no backlit light, but doesn’t bother me at all.

Bought this as a grad gift for my eldest stepdaughter. She is quite satisfied with the purchase, armed and ready for her first year in college in the fall...

its 2021 and they did not include a backlit keyboard, nor do they mention in the description that it is not backlit.

Excellent screen quality, smooth touch, the battery life is great, Im very satisfied with this product
