No backlight? What a con job.

I took a while to write this because I wanted to use this laptop a little. I got the 8gb RAM 256gb of space. This is a fine laptop. I find the size to be very nice, I have no troubles with the keyboard (if youre buying from another country youll face the common issues with the specific characters related to the country youre buying from, but like I said, I have no troubles with that). The appearance of the laptop is very elegant and the touchscreen works very good. It only has three ports (one USB standard, the USB-C, and the audio jack, if Im correct), if you need more you have to get the adaptor, I wouldnt mind if there was another USB Standard at least.

Product was defective. Did not power on at all. There was also no bubble wrap or anything to cushion the device in the box. Now I have to go to UPS to return it. Seller did recommend to contact Microsoft. Microsoft told me to go through the Amazon return process, so I will proceed with that and rather buy the device at bestbuy next time. Will give a better review after I get my money back.

I am so in love with my new laptop. I love the touchscreen option. The battery life is great. I do wish the keyboard was backlit. In addition, I wish it had a HDMI port and at least one more USB port. Because of those things, I choose to give it four stars overall. Other than that, the purchase was so worth it. I definitely recommend this laptop.

This product is advertised as new but I was sent an open box item with no protective stickers, minor dings on the body, fingerprints all over the screen. Clearly a used item. It did not power on though I didnt bother to try and charge it just returned.

I love it! the fingerprint works perfect. it is fast. the touch screen works fine. the only thing the battery does not last all day as they say. but im really happy with this purchase.

I bought this item new from Amazon, and I am returning it because it gets very uncomfortably hot if you place it on your lap to work. It may be the case that if your intention is to use it as a desktop, it may be a good choice for you - I do not know. On you it just heats up to the point of discomfort, and then it slows down.

its 2021 and they did not include a backlit keyboard, nor do they mention in the description that it is not backlit.

I love this laptop but the screen is too small. The Mac book air i just purchased the screen is wayyyyy bigger. Too expensive for the small display.
