Miele Active AirClean Filter with TimeStrip Filter for Miele Vacuum Cleaners

After a year of using my Miele it started to have this dog smell every time I vacuumed. I changed out bags constantly and changed out the smaller filters all the time, but it made no difference. Then I realized that even though the sticker on this type of filter in my vacuum wasnt showing it needed changed, it was probably the source of the odor. It was. As soon as I changed it out the dog smell (we have a few large breed dogs) went away. Easy to change and makes the air smell so much better!

I ordered the AirClean 30 and received the AirClean 50, which does not fit my vacuum cleaner.

No opinion on this filter. I’m giving Miele a 1 star review for awful product naming. I wanted the HEPA filter, which this is not. The HEPA filter is “Air Clean 30 SF-HA 30.” This (pointless IMO) filter is “Air Clean 30 SF-AA 30.” Moronic job, Miele. Now I’ve wasted a week waiting for the wrong filter.
