> 3 dayKeeps the house from smelling like stale dog. Have three dogs, one of which is a Lab mix, notorious for shedding. Combine the volume of hair with the slight oil that coats his fur, and after the vacuum cleaner warms up, the house smells like old dog. Hesitated to buy this because of the cost, but it WORKS. Cant tell the vacuum cleaner has been used, no more stink.

> 3 dayproduct fit my vac but was not a true HEPA filter. HEPAs are made of folded paper as you well know. This was black plastic with holes in it. The interior appeared to be layers of different kinds of media. Will buy direct from MFG if possible next time. Would not recommend.

> 3 dayAlthough the item description says this filter is suitable for Miele Series 7 vacuums, this filter does not fit my Miele Upright Twist vacuum. I cannot close the filter cover door with this filter in place. I called Miele for advice and the customer service representative told me other people have had the same problem. She basically told me to try forcing it in and forcing the door closed, or take it to an authorized Miele dealer. Very disappointed and expected better for the price of the vacuum and this filter. The Upright Twist vacuum is otherwise better than any vacuum Ive used, but one reason I bought it was the option to use this filter.
