Its that time: time for my 2 year old to have her own room with her own bed. But, with her own bedroom comes the concept of leaving her alone in a room over night and hoping she is still breathing in the morning. Morbid, i know. My daughter is 8 months old and very active and getting into everything. She recently noticed the outlet on the wall and became obsessed with it so I knew it was time to cover those bad boys up. There is nothing overly special about these outlet covers, they are very basic. I do like that they are clear and they are difficult to get out. I mean if they were easy they wouldnt be doing their job. I have found if I use the prong from the vacuum I can get it out easier. I will keep my post updated as she gets older and her dexterity and strength improve and she can start removing them.

These get 5 stars all around except I didn’t rate for “easy to remove” because they are NOT easy to remove (relative to little fingers), which is obviously the point. These are very sturdy and latch into our outlets with no issue. They don’t feel loose at all and they’re very low-profile, so you can’t even tell they’re there. Definitely going to purchase another package. I held off on purchasing multiple because I’ve run into some very cheaply made plug covers and didn’t want to waste the money in case I just ended up returning them but I’ll DEFINITELY be buying another pack.

We have a grandchild who is crawling around and who is into everything. We bought these to ensure that there is no chance of him sticking his tiny little fingers into any wall sockets. We put them into the sockets and what we love is the fact that they are barely seen, so can be left in the sockets on a permanent basis. should we need to plug something in we pop one out, do the necessary and then pop it back in again. They are easy to clip in but not too easy to pull out which is a very good thing with a little one of his age around. This product is value for money. It is quality, looks good and protects and does exactly what it is supposed to do!
