> 3 daySo far, so good! These work as intended and are difficult to remove. The only thing that would alter my opinion on these plugs would be how long they take to dry rot. Our homes previous owners had small children as well and had left the plugs in the outlets. When we moved in we went to remove both the plug and the outlet covers and we discovered that the child safe outlet plugs had dry rotted in the socket and couldnt be removed, when you tried the other flat piece would come off leaving the two smaller pieces stuck in the outlet. We ended up replacing every single outlet that they had left those plugs in, the plastic had rotted so much that when you tried to pull the plastic out it just crumbled. I have no idea how many years they had left them in the sockets, but it was a drag having to replace all those outlets. Heres hoping these dont do something similar.

> 3 dayHelpful and simple. The kid cant stick things like fingers and utensils into the socket, your stress goes down. These arent the fancy protectors that do anything else but prevent them from accessing the 110 volts of danger lurking every few feet in your home. But thats all I really needed. Plus, they were a great price compared to what most stores are asking for. Arrived quickly and I was able to cover my entire house with just a couple packages. Only thing of note would be that when sockets were really close together, such as with a wall mounted surge protector, the protectors were a bit too wide to place them side by side. Not really the fault of the protectors though. A quick workaround was layering them on top of each other. For example, in a row of three, put the right and left one first, then the middle. You get the idea. Worked just fine. Yay safety!

> 3 dayI have a few brands of these plug protectors, and this brand is the best. The covers are more snug to the wall and have a tighter fit than others I have, so they are hard for a child to get out of the wall. The Safety 1st ones I have are so so easy to remove. My mom lives with me and has some issues with her hands, so its a bit harder for her to get them out but she can get them out without painstaking effort. I more wanted to point that out for anyone with someone in the house with hand strength concerns. The price is great, the plastic is sturdy, I love the fit, and the dont stand out too much in the sockets (my Safety 1st ones are more starkly white). Highly recommend!

> 3 dayOutlet Plugs, 36 Count good value! well I have an issue with bugs (wasps) building nests in the ground hold of the 15r on my out door outlets. lol well they are a good safe hole!! so this was my solution!! so now for the bad... yea once they are installed they are kinda hard to remove unless you use a putty knife for better leverage. one solution is to make sure you use a standard 15p in the outlet first to re bend the factory socket.. I could see these getting stuck in and having to remove them in cold weather... and the pins breaking off... or dust getting trapped and conducting with moisture... but they do work well keeping the wasps from nesting!! I wish they made them for all sockets!! like dryer and range. including twist lock!!

> 3 dayI bought these to help insulate, and they help. Obviously they are difficult to get off because that is their intended purpose and theyd be a choking hazard if they werent, but it can be a bit of a hassle trying to quickly get things plugged in even for a determined adult! Also, they are sort of easy to misplace being translucent. Good thing they are cheap and plentiful! If I were reviewing this for a household with children, my thoughts might be different, but for my purpose they are great!

> 3 dayThis is the second type of outlet protector I’ve purchased, and it’s by far the better of the two. There is no way for a baby to get these out of the wall. It’s difficult for me to get them out, and that’s exactly what I wanted. I only needed about 10 of these, but they came in a pack of 36, so I have plenty leftover to use for traveling. I highly recommend this product for protecting those precious little, curious babies.

> 3 dayTheyre cheap pieces of plastic (not trying to belittle the product) that are easy to push into a socket and easy to remove if need be. If youre looking for some wall socket covers, I think these would be a pretty solid purchase.

> 3 dayThese outlet plugs are clear but not super clear since it has a frosted/matte look to it. Price is great and just bought a 2nd pack to plug the rest of the outlets. My little one is almost 1 and although shes SUPER curious, has not tried to pull out the plug. Its EASY to install, and has good resistance when trying to take it out. A few seem to come off a little easier, but it seems to be on the outlets that are used more often.

> 3 dayMy 23 month old grandson was really stressing his mother, due to the fact that he could remove the child safety outlet plugs. He would take them out and stick them in his mouth. The problem was that he would do this during the time she was nursing the three month old brother. She tried everything she could think of to keep him from doing this. So, I went on-line and searched for difficult to remove outlet plug. I read the reviews about Mommys Helper Outlet Plugs. Most said it was difficult for even adults to remove these. I purchased a box of these for her. She replaced the plugs she had with these. They work!!! He can not remove them! At least now she can have peace of mind that she wont have to make an emergency trip to the ER.
