These get 5 stars all around except I didn’t rate for “easy to remove” because they are NOT easy to remove (relative to little fingers), which is obviously the point. These are very sturdy and latch into our outlets with no issue. They don’t feel loose at all and they’re very low-profile, so you can’t even tell they’re there. Definitely going to purchase another package. I held off on purchasing multiple because I’ve run into some very cheaply made plug covers and didn’t want to waste the money in case I just ended up returning them but I’ll DEFINITELY be buying another pack.

These are the ones to get. They fit tightly and are hard to pull out. Ok, my DIL says the twins figured out how to get every brand of outlet plugs out of electrical outlets. But this is a great brand because they fit tightly, are slim against the outlet so little ones cant pry them away from the outlet plate easily. Just saying, your kid will eventually (and maybe sooner than later) figure out how to pry any outlet cover out of the outlet unless it is physically screwed down. But for outlet plugs, I highly recommend this brand.

So I thought that maybe I would teach my 17 month old to respect the plug, that she could plug plugs into it but nothing else. She seems fascinated by putting this in there that she saw plugged in before (you know figuring out how to do things yourself). Well I havent really had to baby proof much as our furniture is pretty soft or round and we dont keep any sharp items or chemicals (eco friendly house) in little hands reach. Well, wouldnt you know, the plugs became less satisfying and of course little kids decide they want to test out what can go in there, if they can stick their finger in their - or even the wrong ends of some plugs, and even things that have been in their mouths, and of course testing the No theory by their parents. So, needless to say we have to get these plugs. I had considered giving this 4 stars because I do find them a little difficult at times to take out myself, but I decided against that and went for 5 because on the other hand I really like that they are difficult to take out because it means my little one will not be able to pry them out. They are not fancy, and why should they be? They are also fairly clear (a little foggy looking) so you dont even really notice they are there. That way child still may want to put things in but will be unsuccessful and in our experience just move on. This box comes with 36 plugs (enough for many many outlets). They do hurt if you step on them though so watch out. Also, can be a chocking hazard if your little one starts to put it in their mouth. I would buy again and strongly recommend this.

It’s clear!! Yes that is a definite plus because it does not compromise the style of your home for the safety of little ones. I was super stoked when these arrived to find out how thin, transparent these were. The top part is flat so it’s easier to pull out. Just make certain you place it all the way in so that it is nearly flushed with the wall because the down side of it being easy to pull out is that little hands find it just as easy if not placed properly. I absolutely love the style of these, I would recommend and buy again.

I put some of these on a surge protector. The plugs are closer together than an average outlet, so the plastic faces of these actually had to overlap to fit in the plugs. Still does the job though.

My daughter is 8 months old and very active and getting into everything. She recently noticed the outlet on the wall and became obsessed with it so I knew it was time to cover those bad boys up. There is nothing overly special about these outlet covers, they are very basic. I do like that they are clear and they are difficult to get out. I mean if they were easy they wouldnt be doing their job. I have found if I use the prong from the vacuum I can get it out easier. I will keep my post updated as she gets older and her dexterity and strength improve and she can start removing them.

I had debated purchasing these over the more pricier and fancier ones, but opted to try the Mommys Helper Outlet Plugs for the cost and number of plugs included. Overall, good quality for the cost and Ive not had any issues with fitment. Ive read other reviews that said these were too loose, Im thinking their outlets may be work out or they got a bad batch. mommys Helper Outlet Plugs has deterred my son from touching the outlets after he failed to remove the plug. Im hoping he has learned and will continue to leave the outlets alone. We shall see...

These work well for covering most outlets. Using just the 2 prongs makes it so you dont need to have a ground, which is nice. They are made so they also cover the ground when inserted. They are hard to get off (a plus when your child can get his little nails under anything) and I had enough to get my whole house and give some to my mom to get some in her house. Only reason I would consider giving it a 4 is they arent really that aesthetically appealing. You can see through the plastic, so it still shows the outlets. Not a big deal, but it would have looked better to cover them entirely I think. Overall, they are great though, Id buy them again if I had more outlets.

These outlet plugs are clear but not super clear since it has a frosted/matte look to it. Price is great and just bought a 2nd pack to plug the rest of the outlets. My little one is almost 1 and although shes SUPER curious, has not tried to pull out the plug. Its EASY to install, and has good resistance when trying to take it out. A few seem to come off a little easier, but it seems to be on the outlets that are used more often.

I bought these for an alternative use to child protection. I needed caps to cover outdoor extension cords and Christmas lights to protect from the elements. My lights were always tripping outlets whenever snow melted or there was a heavy rain. These worked perfect for protecting the open ends of Christmas lights and extension cords.
