Morakniv Garberg Full Tang Fixed Blade Knife with Carbon Steel Blade

To start off with the item arrived fast and in new condition. This is a Mora what else is there to say. These are tried and tested with quality that last. Very happy with my purchase. Plan to buy more to add to my collection !!

Feels good in the hand, most definitely sturdy and a mora blade is always dependable. Top shelf quality for budget price compared to other bushcraft knives. Sheath can be used for ambidextrous carry which my other moras arent which isnt a necessity but if you are a lefty it is. Would recommend.

What a great value. Wicked sharp knife. Easy to sharpen. Strong thick spline. Carbon steel will send sparks. Have another Garberg Carbon. Plastic combo sheath that I dont like the sheath. So I bought a $200 or so custom sheath thats really nice. This leather sheath is plenty good

I was thinking about this knife system for a while. The complete package is quite impressive. I have heard so many great stories about Morakniv knives I had to have this one. I got the carbon blade and love the whole package. This I have to say is one tough little knife!! I could tell the pristine blade was oiled prior to shipping with is ok by me. I plan on keeping this artwork in top working condition... also the diamond sharpener on the side of the sheath is absolutely a marketing genius move. Kudos to your marketing dept. In closing the ferro rod to add to this package was genius. A complete package that could make a big difference in the wilderness. I have climber 61 4000 or higher peaks and an active volcano in the carribean and wish I had gear like this on those trips. I would highly recommend this product wholeheartedly.

Just recieved my knife today. It feels balanced in my hand and feels like a good tool to carry outdoors. The spine is substantial. The knife came full as a butter knife. I expect the knife would come sharp after all the is the top of the line knife for this company. I will write a review after 6 months of use. We will see. Its the first time I purchased from this knife manufacturer. I used the knife on several trips to the back trails. It really performs well batoning, feathering, chopping and its my go to survival knife. Next year it goes to Cloud Peak Primitive Area in The Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming. Update: after 3 months this knife does everything I ask it to do. It is my go to survival knife. It chops through 2 inch oak and holds its edge. It sharpens well. I keep it oiled and do not store it in the sheath. Search the video “ the bearded green beret”. Very informative video.

I’m a big fan of the Morakniv Garberg one of the few non American made knives I buy. Not expensive great blade goes along time without having to be sharpened and with a little care it will never rust. A very subdued survival or camp knife to carry that will get all tasks done efficiently. Full tang carbon steel that batons wood easily and not heavy to carry on your belt.

Love this knife,its on me every day.this knife wont let you down under normal usage.

Great priduct

THE ONLY issue I have with his knife is it is an identical match t my other Garberg however I do not think it is a true Mora product as it does not say MORA on it anywhere. I think it is a copy. The sheath and other attachments say Morakniv. If it is a copy it is a good copy at that. I contacted Mora and they indicated no knife of theirs will be shipped without being inspected by at least 4 different people. Not having the name and model engraved on the blade would not pass inspection. It is still a great knife but payed full price as if it was a true Mora. If you compare this knife to my other Garberg they are identical. I just wanted a good backup for a camp knife. I contacted Amazon and had no response.
