i very llike printer, easy to install and hight quality

The printers are a good deal and seem like they will hold up. Tech support was easy to do through Whatsapp. When I had an issue they were there to help. Just remember they are on the other side of the world so you will be talking to them at nights. But it is a good savings and worth it!

Great product easy to setup

When I purchased it I was a little bit worried, I have always used Epson or similar. When I got the MUNBYN the installation was easy on my Chromebook, but it did not cut the document properly, however I got support from their R&D team in China, I guess, and after some days the printer cuts the document perfectly. I have been using it for a week and no issues at all.

I have tried repeatedly to get my IT technician here in the USA to get with these people and it is very very difficult. We cannot set this printer up and want a complete refund. I still have not heard from these people concerning refund....

So the printer is not bad but the communication to get it hooked up is terrible. Then once I had added and downloaded the program to allow them to help, they couldn’t get it to work either - thank goodness my company’s tech support was able to dial in and route it. Works fine thus far
