> 24 hourOrdered 3 printers. One came used (broken ports and written on), one wouldn’t print anything, and the other printed a continuous barcode that wasted so much paper. I had trouble getting them to sync up with our POS, as well. Returned them the same day we took them out of the box and ordered a different brand. Disappointing!

They wanted me to download some link on windows then they asked me about some cable cord that has to be hooked to the internet that was not in the box. Also it says 24 hour customer service but that’s NOT the truth because their in a different country and answers only on their time

> 24 hourI have had this printer for several years. Replaced my Start TSP100 which lasted for well over 10 years. It prints fast, crisp, and quiet. Cut feature is nice. Install was difficult on our network. I suspect it is a driver and software issue. I have had to reinstall it a few times over the years and sometimes it is hard to find it on the network. Or, I can find it but it but Windows wont add it but we figure it out. It recently started jamming when printing and was almost impossible to get it to open to unjam it. It is time to buy a replacement. At almost half the price of a Star, it is a good value, but I got half the life. Tech support was pretty responsive and helpful, although not real-time. Generally you send a message and get a message response later which is a little frustrating when you are trying to ring up customers or need tech support to remote log-in and fix the problem. I havent decided if I am going to get another one or switch back to Star. If the install issue was easier, I would easily give this a 5 star.

How to use New Net TOOL to set your IP address?
- Download the Net Setting tool, which is in the USB flash drive too.
- It can change your printer name and IP address.
- Use a Net tool, when an error (such as paper empty) has occurred, the message will pop up from the lower right corner automatically. Another function, turn on the DHCP, the printer will find your IP address after you connect the Lan cable. You don"t need to set your IP address by yourself.
Some important information about this receipt printer:
- 3-inch thermal receipt printer with auto-cutter and fast printing speed--230 mm/sec.
- Support Windows, MAC, Linux systems. Special software is required on mobile devices. DO NOT have BlueTooth/WIFI.
