Had to return, a pain in the neck. Could not install to work with Mac. Technical support through WhatsApp and the 10 hour difference does not help. Don’t waste your time

This is handy! I can put our business logo on the receipt, unlike other receipt printer. It prints fast and cuts the receipt paper automatically. This is the best!

I purchased this for a pos project I am working on, the sdk provided has been very helpful and I really appreciate the extra thermal paper they sent as a gift!

Very easy setup. Installed the drivers, turned it on and it was ready. I used the USB connection on a windows computer. Worked perfectly with the POS system I am using.

The first scanner they sent me had a defect. However, upon notifying them, they sent me a free scanner within days that works like a charm. So even though the initial experience was unsatisfactory since the scanner wasnt working, because they helped me out like this shows they are serious and I would highly recommend them.

When I purchased it I was a little bit worried, I have always used Epson or similar. When I got the MUNBYN the installation was easy on my Chromebook, but it did not cut the document properly, however I got support from their R&D team in China, I guess, and after some days the printer cuts the document perfectly. I have been using it for a week and no issues at all.

Its good product and customer service is great. They try solve any query quick within no time like it.
