sorry i wasted 2 full rolls it kept on printing

I purchased this printer because I have a few other Munbyn Products and have been very happy with the quality. I had a few issues trying to get it to work with my Square Register but eventually got it to work flawlessly. So far it’s been great!

I spent HOURS trying to install this printer with a MAC computer and still couldnt do it. The included instructions are worthless (misspellings, broken English). So, I e-mailed tech support, and they provided a different set of instructions that still didnt work. I was on with Apple Tech support for over two hours and they couldnt make sense of it. This printer Is Not plug and play.

The printers are a good deal and seem like they will hold up. Tech support was easy to do through Whatsapp. When I had an issue they were there to help. Just remember they are on the other side of the world so you will be talking to them at nights. But it is a good savings and worth it!
