Easy to install and did not need technical support, I have always been an Epsom printer but changed to this model due to all the features.

I have tried repeatedly to get my IT technician here in the USA to get with these people and it is very very difficult. We cannot set this printer up and want a complete refund. I still have not heard from these people concerning refund....
