Set up was easy and user friendly and the online help support was quick and efficient.

Very easy setup. Installed the drivers, turned it on and it was ready. I used the USB connection on a windows computer. Worked perfectly with the POS system I am using.

We are online order provider. I bought this printer for my clients which is restaurant owner. This printer is working good, easy to setup, and good looking. The customer service is nice. Answer all my questions and its helpful. I will recommend this device.

My tablets didnt recognize

It was quickly delivered. I was having few doubts about the product but seller was quick on answering all my questions. Nice things about the product it is quick to set-up and easy to install. It has all the required feature which I was looking for. I am missing the following features and hope the next firmware can fix those. - Papercut option, right now it has setting on its software but doesnt allow you to set, left to right, right to left cut. It has by default right-left cut. - reduce the font size using the printer.

So the printer is not bad but the communication to get it hooked up is terrible. Then once I had added and downloaded the program to allow them to help, they couldn’t get it to work either - thank goodness my company’s tech support was able to dial in and route it. Works fine thus far

Nice design and elegant. It prints fast and auto cut. But you cant mount to the wall like other printer. Overall Good printer for the price. Highly recommend this printer.

I have had this printer for several years. Replaced my Start TSP100 which lasted for well over 10 years. It prints fast, crisp, and quiet. Cut feature is nice. Install was difficult on our network. I suspect it is a driver and software issue. I have had to reinstall it a few times over the years and sometimes it is hard to find it on the network. Or, I can find it but it but Windows wont add it but we figure it out. It recently started jamming when printing and was almost impossible to get it to open to unjam it. It is time to buy a replacement. At almost half the price of a Star, it is a good value, but I got half the life. Tech support was pretty responsive and helpful, although not real-time. Generally you send a message and get a message response later which is a little frustrating when you are trying to ring up customers or need tech support to remote log-in and fix the problem. I havent decided if I am going to get another one or switch back to Star. If the install issue was easier, I would easily give this a 5 star.

This was the fastest installation and easy to follow directions! Highly recommended!
