Antenna works as it should. I see very little, if any, signal loss compared to the full size antenna.

Works just as good as the longer one but with less chance of poking your eye out when carried in a chest rig.

The monster armpit tickler on my work radio is no more with no adverse effects. This thing should have come on the Motorola’s stock. Several other coworkers have changed theirs out as well. Highly recommended.
