Works as described. Of course signal is a little weaker but that us to be expected with a shorter antenna. Im good with it since I dont have the long one going up my nose anymore.

Good antenna. Much more convenient than longer options.

The stubby antenna is a lot better than the longer antenna. No more annoying poking under the armpit.

I have been using this for several months without any problems.

I work in a metropolitan area and therefor never far from a repeater. Even so this antenna has saved me from being poked in the back or having the long antenna ride up underneath my external ballistic vest. 10/10 would recommend.

Works just as well as the antenna provided with the radio and doesnt poke me in the armpit all shift.

Fits on a APX6000. Works well. Havent noticed any difference from the long one to the short one.

Works great I was a bit concerned going from the pre-installed antenna as I work in a pretty hilly area and radio reception was always a bit Dodgy I put the small one on and tested it out and have the same exact coverage that I had with the original 8 inch antenna! We are use 800Mhz trunked radio in the pacific NW. Great upgrade since I wear it on my load bearing vest and just don’t want to be hit the end of the large old antenna anymore!
