Nature Made Vitamin B12 500 mcg, Dietary Supplement for Energy Metabolism Support, 200 Tablets, 200 Day Supply

Need B12 per blood test results. Hard to find these 500 mcg tabs in stores. Most in store are 1,000 mcg or more. Wish Nature Made had 250 mcg size or smaller as 500 is already 20,833% daily value. Why do we need so much more than the recommended daily value?

I REALLY liked it from the start because it was delivered the very next day. Youre to place it under your tongue and take it along with eating your food. It sounds tricky, but it turns out to be easy. It doesnt change the taste of your food. It tastes sweet. I love the bottle because its designed to deliver one pill at a time, once you get the hang of it.

I have used vitamin fro Nature Made for a long time, its so easy to swallow, no bad taste, the most important thing is Vitamin 12 from Nature Made worked really well, since I am a vegetarian, I need protein in daily basic to balance my health, Nature made vitamin absorbed smoothly in my system. Would recommend this brand to anyone. By the way thanks Amazon for fast shipping!

My B-12 was way down when I had my last check up. My doctor ordered that a take a supplement of 250mg a day. Impossible to find 250mg so I end up trying to split the pills....they do not split neatly. That is the only drawback. I have been taking for awhile now and feel better & have more energy. No negatives (like you see in the drug commercials). Why split ....I dont think more is always better and I do think that people tend to over supplement themselves. (if one aspirin is good 5 must be great....wrong)

Just one tablet a day has helped me with my nerve pain in my hands.

I do not notice any difference from this purchase than my pharmacy ( more expensive).

If you are over age 50 (like me) you probably have a b12 deficiency. Take one of these a day to correct this. B vitamins are water-soluble vitamins. In other words, they can dissolve in water – so excess B vitamins your body doesnt use are washed out through urination.
