> 3 dayI am currently 19 weeks pregnant (5 months). I bought this belt to help me with my back pains and pubic pains that I have been experiencing since my first trimester. I normally wear clothing size Large, but with the maternity belt I decided to size up to X-Large to give me more room since I will be getting bigger throughout my pregnancy. The maternity belt helps lift your stomach and help relieve some pressure along with reliving back pains. So far I only tried it on but I am hoping it will help throughout my pregnancy. It is comfortable to wear but I would wear it over something instead of under clothing. Only downside I have is that it comes in 3 pieces instead of all pieces together.

Greater than one weekI never write reviews, and theres already over 3000 steller reviews for this belt. So why bother? Because you need to buy it. No really. Its that good. Im 32 weeks into an averagely uncomfortable pregnancy thus far, but started having really bad back and pelvic pain the last couple of weeks. Getting up and down at work was getting hard to manage. Walking the dog hurt like hell. I waddled in pain everywhere I went. I bought this, hoping it might help a little and didnt plan on wearing it all the time. BUT OMG GUYS. I wore it to work and while walking the dog a couple days, then went without it in the same situations (you know, for the sake of science). When I wear it, I can go an entire shift without my back seizing up, my pelvis feeling like a loose sack of glass shards, or waddling slowly in pain. I just feel normal. It helps far more than I anticipated. I walked my dog for HALF AN HOUR without pain, rather than two blocks. So. Excited. Upsides, besides making you feel like your 20 week self again: 1) Its smoother under clothes than I anticipated, and I wear fitted maternity shirts. 2) Comfortable material - I wear over the belly pants but the back part is on my skin, hasnt rubbed or been a problem. 3) Doesnt slip - I wear it without the over-belly band and it stays in place. Couple of downsides that just arent a deal, but Ill mention anyway. 1) Have to take it off to pee. Which is often. I just take the back portion off and hike the belly band up to my boobs and do my business, then reassemble. Not too difficult. 2) I read the instructions and still dont understand the extra Velcro thing. But the band fits perfectly after measuring the way they say before ordering, so whatever. 3) Takes a bit of trial and error to get it positioned well the first time, but once you do, you wont even notice youre wearing it. Other than not being in pain, that is. Tl;dr : If youre pregnant with back and/or pelvic pain, take your measurements and buy this.

> 3 dayI had back and pelvic pain. It was starting to get so bad, I could hardly walk from the bedroom to the bathroom. I was so hesitant to try another pregnancy belt because the last one I had with my first pregnancy made my back hurt worse. But I was desperate for relief and heard good things about this one. Im back on my feet and Im no longer in pain. I cannot thank the sellers enough, God bless!

> 3 dayI started using this around 7months when I felt I needed support. I walk all day at work so this really Helps! However the Velcro is kinda messing up but then again I use it everyday so maybe it’s just wear and tear?
