I’m so glad I got this belly band!! If my back is aching and stiff or it feels like my belly is tugging too much, I put this on and it’s instant relief. I’m able to sit down and lounge wearing it and I sometimes wear it for five minutes in bed if I wake up with a sore back. I love that this belly band has a back support. I think it’s my favorite part of this item, it supports everything. Not many other belly bands has this feature and that was the deciding factor for this purchase. I find using the strap that goes over the belly does give it more support. I bought a medium size at the beginning of my third trimester and bought a second one in a large size in the third half of my third trimester because I underestimated how much my belly would grow. I love this, I wear it everyday. It takes a few tries at the beginning to find the right tightness for the belly band. I made the mistake of tightening it too much and it hurt my tummy. Plus baby was kicking against the pressure.

As soon as I put it on, the back ache went away along with the tension in my belly. I am 27 weeks & should have bought sooner.

Really great product for what it does. But the velcro and the stitching is not durable. After continued use the velcro does adhere very well. And the stitching is coming apart.

I had been having a lot of hip and pelvic pain. Tons of pressure when I would walk too long. My OB suggested a pregnancy belt so I decided on this one. So glad I got it! Its helped so much with everything. If you are having the same problems definitely get this belt. Just dont wear it when you go to the bathroom or sit down. It tightens when you sit and is uncomfortable.

I’m a 38 year old FTM and was not prepared for the SPD. At 30+2 I was truly debilitated and the pain level was impacting my mobility. I had seen these but thought they’d be too little for my pain. I ordered this in despair and had no expectations. I am so happy to say this thing is friggen wonderful. I have literally cried and danced for joy at the relief. It’s truly wonderful. I ordered the 2x thinking that would be right, but I probably needed the smaller size. (Pre-pregnancy size 12/14.) I’ve ordered a second in an XL but ladies… please get this BEFORE you struggle for months. I think I can now handle the next two months without losing my mind. Thank you for the great product!

10/10 would recommend especially when you’re working and moving around

I never leave reviews and never give 5 stars because I feel like no product is perfect and gets 5 stars haha. Definitely a 4 though! The only area I gave a 3 was the convenience factor. However, i get chronic UTI’s so I pee alot and when I got this belt I had to pee every minute and initially took the whole belt off and then back on etc. I came up with a system though to not do that and it worked for me and still provided the support I needed. Listen, ladies. Not everyone will have the same response to the belt like others have. Just because others said it didn’t t help them and not worth buying, doesn’t mean it won’t help you and may be worth it for you. I’ve tried 2 other belts before this. I don’t pay attention to ppl saying not to buy something because it didn’t give them relief. We all have different body types, hip width, waist width, how our belly’s grow and ligaments get soft and joint angles change. Anyways, don’t let negative reviews make you automatically dismiss a product. I look at where I see the support and the material used and the Velcro system. This is by far my favorite belt and the only one that provides pain relief for having diastasis recti, low back pain, hip pain. Im a Physical Therapist and will say, I highly recommend this type of support belt. I do have to buy a SI joint belt for more SI joint pain relief. Only because of how my joints shift. Other than that, I love this belt!!

A nurse in the ER told me about this. It works wonders. I was experiencing “round ligament pain” and when I put this band on it relieved the pain instantly! I highly recommend!

Im in my third trimester and also have pre-existing back issues, this item has been a life saver!!!

It helped a little, but honestly I ended up just going on early maternity leave so I could lay in bed. Theres only so much it will do.
