> 3 dayThis belly band has really helped my pelvic girdle pain. I’m currently 28 weeks with twins and I’ve worn it for about a week now and I’ve noticed a drastic improvement. I’ve rated 4/5 stars because it is missing the top band but I haven’t really had a need for it as it stays out pretty well.

> 3 dayI bought this at the suggestion of my PT friend when I was early in my second trimester. My torso is short so I popped early and my back was constantly in pain. I walked daily and taught yoga and dance classes but had to reduce/stop them because of the pain. Even just standing to do laundry or the dishes or at my computer for work put a strain on my back. After getting this belt, I was able to be mobile again! I can go on hikes, teach my classes, do household chores, etc without being in tons of pain. Highly recommend. I’m 5’6” and pre-pregnancy was 140 lbs and bought the medium. My only comment is to use it during physical activity because I do sometimes find it constraining (maybe a larger size would’ve helped it be more of a constant thing). But for me it works great to wear during activity and then take it off when I’m relaxing. Definitely get one! Back pain is not worth it!

> 3 dayI was pregnant with a 14lbs baby and work in a doctors office on my feet for hours at a time up until I went into labor. The doctor I work for advised me to get a support belt and found this one. Let me tell you my back pain was substantially less after the first time I wore this. It’s not pretty but very well made and supportive. I wore this 5 to 6 times a week for about 6 hours a day. And it lasted 4 months.

> 3 dayI am absolutely in love with this support belt! I have had terrible pelvic pain through my entire pregnancy. Getting out of bed or getting in or out of the car would lead to me crying. I wore this pregnancy belt for one day and I saw a huge difference when I went to bed that night. I have worn it every day since and I will continue to until I have my daughter. 110% worth it!!!

Greater than one weekI’m only 23 weeks pregnant, but always have back issues once I’m further along. I started using it while doing things around the house to help keep the weight off my back and hips. The band works well if it’s on tight enough, but then it feel’s almost uncomfortable which defeats the purpose. I’ve used a one size fits all support band that just went under the belly that relieved pressure a little better that didn’t have to be as tight. I have plenty of space in the band that it should last my entire pregnancy, but I’ll update once I get further along. It’s ok for now, no need to return, just not what I was expecting.

> 3 dayMy doctor suggested that i get one and its such a lifesaver! I work on my feet and its made it so much easier to get through the day, helps a ton with back/leg/pelvic pain and keeping baby held up in place! I like to just wash and not dry when washing it so the velcro doesnt get worn out, but does just fine in machine washer I was a size small pre- pregnancy and got a large so that it will last

> 3 dayIt works pretty well, doesn’t remove all the back ache but I don’t know that any product would be able to do that. It’s easy to use and isn’t super noticeable under clothing. The top piece seems to serve no purpose though.
