> 3 dayI had been having a lot of hip and pelvic pain. Tons of pressure when I would walk too long. My OB suggested a pregnancy belt so I decided on this one. So glad I got it! Its helped so much with everything. If you are having the same problems definitely get this belt. Just dont wear it when you go to the bathroom or sit down. It tightens when you sit and is uncomfortable.

Greater than one weekThis belly band has really helped my pelvic girdle pain. I’m currently 28 weeks with twins and I’ve worn it for about a week now and I’ve noticed a drastic improvement. I’ve rated 4/5 stars because it is missing the top band but I haven’t really had a need for it as it stays out pretty well.

> 3 dayI had severe low back pain even before pregnancy, and it has become worse with pregnancy. The moment I put this on, I definitely felt the support on my low back and pelvis. I recommend this product!

> 3 dayI bought a little early in my pregnancy, but didnt really use it at first. At 20 weeks, I wore this for the first time while cleaning the apartment.... holy helpful! I felt immediate relief to my back, and it made it much easier getting up and down, bending over, etc... I am planning to wear to work also, as I work 12 hour shifts on my feet, and I think it will be a big help. A little itchy in some places, but tolerable for the benefits!

> 3 dayIt helped a little, but honestly I ended up just going on early maternity leave so I could lay in bed. Theres only so much it will do.

23-11-2024I am 7 months pregnant now (2/25/18). I have been struggling with severe lower left sided back pain since November 2017; extremely early in pregnancy. It was at the point where I couldnt stand for more than 30 minutes (previously I had been biking 10 miles a day so I never had back problems or pain). It progressed to the point where I couldnt stand for more than 10 minutes without feeling as though I was being stabbed repeatedly in my left lower back. Sitting was the only thing that relieved the pain. I dont have to stand much at work luckily, but when I did it was excruciating. I also have to stand on the train on my commute home for about 30 minutes. I didnt know how I would continue working. After I was worked up for everything from muscle strain to kidney stones with negative results a friend recommended a support belt. I found this one on amazon that got great reviews. I was skeptical because I didnt think anything could take away the pain. It does! Its amazing. Its a little cumbersome to put on at first. It has three parts. The belly band, the back band that attaches to the belly band via velcro and the band across the upper abdomen that attaches to the back band via velcro. It completely takes away my lower back pain and some abdominal pain Im having as my belly gets bigger. I wear it for 12 hours a day during work days. The only thing I have to do is adjust it during the day as it will ride up a bit when sitting. I also recommend, if you are planning on wearing it under your shirt like most people probably do at work, is to wear it over a tank top or under shirt as the edges can rub against the skin sometimes and be a little irritating (though it could be I did not have it velcrod well. I was 155lbs 54 pre pregnancy. The recommended size for me was a medium, but based on measurements could have also measured a large (I was in between). I decided to go with the large just in case and it fits perfectly. It fit well when I purchased it a couple months ago and it still fits perfectly with room for the next 2 months. So happy with this purchase!

> 3 dayAs soon as I put it on, the back ache went away along with the tension in my belly. I am 27 weeks & should have bought sooner.

> 3 dayReally great product for what it does. But the velcro and the stitching is not durable. After continued use the velcro does adhere very well. And the stitching is coming apart.

> 3 dayI bought something similar 7 years ago for my first pregnancy and I remembered how much it helped with my back pain from being on my feet all day at work. When I found this one the back piece was taller, and the padded piece under my belly was wider! It definitely gave more support! I was hoping to be able to wear it directly on my skin, but my skin is just to sensitive, so I wear it over an undershirt/tank top. The velcro is smooth and not scratchy at all, I just seem to have a problem with the seams. If you go by you measurement the sizing is perfect. Just remember if you buy it in your second trimester, make sure to leave plenty of room to grow.

> 3 dayMy doctor suggested that i get one and its such a lifesaver! I work on my feet and its made it so much easier to get through the day, helps a ton with back/leg/pelvic pain and keeping baby held up in place! I like to just wash and not dry when washing it so the velcro doesnt get worn out, but does just fine in machine washer I was a size small pre- pregnancy and got a large so that it will last
