New Super Mario Bros

Now Nintendo went and made one of this most popular handheld games on the Nintendo ds besides the legend of Zelda ones but this game beats them all new super Mario bros . this game was a launch title for the ds and its still popular because you cant beat a Mario game because wants you start playing you cant stop thats how fun these games are but this game is hard you have to collect coins to fully finish a level theres 3 in each and it only saves after you finish the castle. are if you collect enough coins and your at a mushroom you need 5 coins for that plus they have minigames that you can play instead of the game in the beginning so have fun with this game i recommend it to any video game fan are who likes to play games because its for everyone.

I play this game with my friends more than the solo player mode both modes are fun to play but if you have friends with DSs you should convince them to buy it too because the multiplayer is well done and a fun experience

it is a very good game. a lot like the original Mario Bros. for the first Nintendo system. the levels look very similar to the first mario game. the difference is that mario has more abilities than he did in the original game and the graphics are pretty good. he can jump a lot higher, he can store an item for later use, and jump of walls to reach higher places. the items are cool too. there is one mushroom that makes you very big and you can crush things. another mushroom that makes you super small and light weight so you can jump super high and fit into tiny spaces.there is also a shell mario can where in underwater levels that helps him swim faster. this game keeps you very entertained because there are alot of secret levels and its fun trying to find them. but if you wanna take a break from the actual game there are a lot of mini games you can play that are kinda like the Mario Party games and they are very fun too. you can even battle against other DS players. this game has a lot of elements from the older and newer mario games and i think it is a good game for mario fans of all ages.

As a 90s kids, I just had to have this. Its similar to the old Mario games in many ways, with a few exceptions to modernize it. The graphics are great and smooth, tons of levels and gameplay, and its not too easy either, which was nice. I was concerned that it would be ridiculously easy. The controls were a little difficult to get used to at first, but once you do - you realize its set up perfectly. I only wish they would actually bring back some retro games to the DS, like Super Mario World. That would be great! Definitely recommend if you need a nostalgic Mario fix.

My family loves this Super Mario Bros game. I purchased it back in 2014. I played nintendo Super Marios growing up, so when I saw this, I bought for more kids, when I knew that I myself wanted to play this game. I love playing it with my kids. We have four Wii remotes, so I can play with my three kids (ages 14,12, and 9). We have playing it off and on for the last two years. We have solved it, but yet they still continue to play it. When they have friends over, this is the game that the play with most on the Wii. Sometimes they argue (you took my mushroom, you took my flower, etc), but overall we all have fun and work together to search for the coins and pass each world. If you ever played Mario brothers growing up, then you will defiantly want to give this game a try.

A very fun game. My grandchildren ejoy it immensely. My granddaughter is 7 and my grandson is 5 and they plays it every chance they gets they will play their other video games but you can tell that this is by far their favorite. Its fun to play and keeps the interest of children and adults. Very glad I purchased it. I would recommend this highly a little expensive but well worth it. This is a definite must have for all video game player.

I was looking for several DS games at reasonable prices. The game functions as intended, and included its original case as well.

This is an entertaining game much like the Super Mario of my youth. I purchased it for my sons 5th birthday, my friend heard it in another room and asked if she could play, then her husband asked. This game is easy for anyone to get the hang of and enjoyed by all ages. If you loved the original Super Mario Bros. you should love this edition also.

This game has several levels and two worlds that are hidden! It is a game that will keep you playing even after beating it for the fun or to be able to collect the 3 star coins that are in each level! The game has great music while playing and progressively gets harder in a way that players can improve. This game is perfect for anyone whether you have experience in a Mario bros. games or not. You can also play as Luigi in this game and there are also mini-games when you feel like playing them and multiplayer for playing with others that also have the game. Overall it is a great game and although there are shortcuts to beat the game quick, you can always replay levels or new levels that you havent yet discovered.

So far, havent found anything about this game I dislike. This game was purchased for my son on his Nintendo 2ds platform. Its a great take on the Mario game while remaining reminiscent of the original Super Mario Bros., but with many improvements. My five year old son was amazed that his father knew how to play it, which made me chuckle a bit. The levels do a good job of getting more challenging as you go and all the little additions to the game are great! The giant Mario mushroom is my sons favorite, allowing Mario to grow to enormous size and squash the mushrooms and Koopas and kick the warp tunnels out of the way. Nintendo had a smash hit with this game when it was introduced all those years ago, and with every iteration reinvents it enough to make it a hit with another generation of kids. Great job guys, the whole family loves the game.
