Nintendo New 3DS XL - Pikachu Yellow Edition [Discontinued]

Arrived promptly in perfect condition!

Waited to write the review based off of feedback from other reviews, and i wanted it to be correct. i was nervous but went ahead and still bought it based off of other people commenting on it not working entirely, not wanting to take a charge or charge fully, or because it was not technically a USA version. While, it is not in fact a USA one it still works perfect and can still play US games. i have not noticed any issues with the charging, or anything else. Works as well as i would expect a brand new 3ds would. thanks again

I was hoping to receive a US Version of this New 3ds XL, but upon reading other reviews I prepared myself to possibly receive the U.A.E Version ( Which I did :/ Hence the 3 stars ) They also try to hide the fact that it is a U.A.E system with the round blue stickers (I also show a picture after the sticker was removed) . It really makes me mad that they are allowed to do this. I just want to include a bit of information other reviews left out. Yes this system will still play US games. ( As other reviewers have stated) The only real issue of owning a U.A.E system in the united states is that if the systems breaks, you wont be able to send them into Nintendo to have them repaired, because it is from a different region. Keeping that in mind I have decided to keep my U.A.E Version to avoid the hassle and having to send it back. I just wanted to make other buyers aware of this. All in all this is a beautiful system. This soft yellow color is is visually stunning! I also love that the x,y,b,a buttons are fully colored rather than just the letter being colored. The screen look perfects and it plays the games I have with no issues.

How do you spend 230 dollars on a system and it doesnt even come with a dam charger??????????????????????? Are you kidding me???? How can they think this was a good ideal? thats the stupidest thing I have ever seen! Now to the system its self OMG people you need this in your life!!!! Its so sexy! Has to be the cleanest one yet. I dont even like yellow but the way this is laid out how can u say no to it!! And I got a unicorn!!!!!!! I got a dual (ips) screen and from what Ive been hearing on line this is the first one found in the picachu yellow edition. So I cant send it back because they come with no charger witch I wanted to but then I seen the dual (ips) screens and I had to keep it!!

I received this item and everything appears as it should. However, the stable 3D is not functioning properly. Ive tried to adjust it, but it didnt solve the issue Im having. Its like random bouts of in game astigmatism, which I have in life, making it an easy comparison.

Super happy with my purchase of this 3DS. Bought it years after they were popular and wish I would have done it sooner. Works wonderfully in the states and plays our titles fine. I have been playing Pokemon Ultra Moon, Animal Crossing, and Super Mario 3D Land. I never enjoyed Mario games until I played this. My kids both have switches and still want to use the 3DS. Love the Pikachu edition. Super fun great to have on the plane over mobile games as most of the ones I like require paid internet. Wish there were some decent shooters on the 3DS with campaign stories.

Games air out when you push them in. However being that this is limited edition and they are no longer making them we’re going to stick with it.

If you are a collector of consoles, love Nintendo, or just really want this 3DS, get it. It was in pristine condition- from the box (no stickers at all) to the packaging inside, to the device itself. (No UAE issues... nothing) I did pick up a cheap charging cord from my local video gaming store. I knew that it came without it, so I wasnt surprised or disappointed. This Pikachu 3DS was brand new. Plays and lights up beautifully, and I have absolutely no complaints.

When I got the ds I cried for hours on how beautiful it is!! It’s light yellow and crayon pikachu on top makes it even more attractive when I started it it gave me no problems and the buttons are cute. But when ever I move the DS the top screen glitches and idk why? But it keeps doing it when ever I move so I’m going to get it checked today to see what’s the problem. I would have loved it even more if they checked the product before shipping so this wouldn’t happened but overall I love it and I’m having it checked I’m just happy I got it on my hands now.

Great
