Greater than one weekI recently bought this as a gift for my daughter. The system worked great (at first), there were no hiccups when setting it up, and it came with everything included on the box. Pictures are attached. The background on the DS is one that my daughter bought, it doesnt come with the system. My only complaint is that the system wont fully charge. It came to us at a half charge, charged fully once, and then has been on life support ever since the battery dropped to one bar. Im only dropping the review down to four stars because, at this time, I dont know whether its a problem with my AC adapter or the actual system, and as far as I know, the system can be fixed for free. I have attached pictures of how the systems lights still look after being charged overnight. When you unplug the system, the battery is so low that the red lights are flashing. I highly recommend purchasing the Amazon 2-year protection that comes with the system, and if you run into a problem similar, go to Nintendo support.

> 3 dayGames air out when you push them in. However being that this is limited edition and they are no longer making them we’re going to stick with it.

> 3 dayBought this for our Mom for Mothers Day, loved it so much that I went ahead and bought one for myself. Its absolutely adorable and I love that they updated the 3D feature on it. If youre a fan of Pikachu, this is a must have!

> 3 dayIts a typical 3DS with a nice Pikachu design on it. I do think the 3D function seem a bit overrated, and maybe the 2DS would be a better choice just on price, as it functions the same in every other way outside of having 3D. But its minor, I still like my 3DS. I also wish the Pikachu theme was also in the 3DS menu, but I paid like $5 for one so its not a big deal.

> 3 dayAs some other people have stated this is the QS serial model. You’ll have to send it to Singapore for warranty support, but that’s not too big of a deal. You can definitely play NA region games and everything functions the same. These are the non-IPS screens so they don’t looks as good from extreme angles, but they work fine and they’re definitely bright enough. The 3D is really cool and I wish more devices used this technology. Love the pikachu design on the shell. No charging cable so make sure you pick one up, as well

> 3 dayThere was both a UAE (APAC) version and North America (NA) version of this console launched, and based on the photo it looks like this should be the NA version (the NA version has no circles on the front of the box, the UAE version has a blue circle with UAE in it on the front of the box). Imagine my surprise when this arrives, and its a UAE version. Which is fine -- it works with all NA games, and you can use it in the US; but if you ever have any issues, youll have to ship it to Nintendo of the United Arab Emirates to be fixed. Disappointed and misleading, although the console is great.

22-04-2025The system I got is for the U.A.E., Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, and Singapore region. It can still play US games. I feel like it’s a little shady to not mention that in the product details but to also use the US version box as the picture of the product.
